Facilities were lovely, although room was a bit noisy. Plus shower flooded really badly because I guess the drain needs to be unblocked. But that was the good bit. I was charged for everyone on my booking before we arrived despite selecting pay at property. When I asked for this to be corrected I got excuses and lies. The staff were extremely unhelpful. I was promised invoiced but then they didn't given them to any of my colleagues. One male colleague was particularly unhelpful and then took more than 30 mins to bring breakfast when the restaurant was almost empty.

Always great service, clean hotel. Great rooms with slow gin in the rooms...food is great and if you fancy something else there is a nice pud round the corner that offers your classics. Stayed here several times and would highly recommend.

Great hotel!

A lovely hotel from the start to finish. Was greeted by a lovely lady on reception who even took the time to escort me to show me where the room was. Food service was again great. Nothing was too much trouble. The one and only criticism I could have is there was no shower gel in the shower. Had a lovely shampoo and conditioner though! All n all a great stay and will use again when I in the area.

A one night stopover on the way back from our holiday. We've stayed here before and were impressed with our room. This time we were in some recently added accommodation, The Stable, and we'd have preferred to be in the main building. The room was fine but since there were others walking past the window, the blind had to be down, so it was either dark, or electric light. We could see into others' rooms as we left. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. An 11% surcharge was added for service. Food was ok.

The kitchen was not very well eqipped.....no glasses, only 1 dinner plate,however,very clean. The extra wide bed was supremely comfortable linen and towels were high quality, soft and comfortable. Very clean throughout. Food was well presented and delicious. We loved the combination of modern and rustic. The outdoor area well maintaned and very spacious. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Duxford ideal location

Quirky but yet comfortable hotel in great location for audley end events. Good breakfast good selection of drinks. Loft bed was big enough superb large bed coffee machine tv no sep shower but shower in bath. All good and was what was needed. Chilled vibe
