This wonderful summer house is perfect for a nice family holiday! A big plus of this house is the short distance to the Playa Ardiaca, the most southern beach of Cambrils, Costa Dorada. The water is calm, shallow and transparent which makes it perfect for families with small children. The 9 km promenade (walking/bicycle path) from Cambrils to the neighbouring town of Salou starts right here, on the beach. Needless to say, there are many beach activities that will make your summer unforgettable. Ground floor:- Entrance hall.- Living / Dining room with air conditioning and large windows offering direct access to the shady terrace and garden with swimming pool.- Well equipped kitchen with a private terrace and outdoor shower.- Bathroom with shower.First floor:- Corridor with an air-conditioning unit for the 3 bedrooms.- 1 double bedroom with double bed. Large terrace.- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Sleeps 4.- 1 small bedroom with bunk beds. (Perfect for small children)- 1 Bathroom with bathtub/shower. Exterior:- Communal swimming pool shared by 3 houses ( the water is shared). It is divided into 3 independent areas with a physical separation (fences) and the use of each area is private for each house. Dimensions 5,3m x 2,65m.- Barbecue area.- Outdoor shower.- Well maintained garden with plenty of shade and space to play.- Porch equipped with garden furniture.Good to know:- This house is only rented to families. We do not accept groups of youngsters.- Pet friendly.- With optional WIFI for only 5€/day. Add it at the end of your booking.- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
