The position allows to reach in few minutes the coast and the main seaside resorts of the region: Follonica 16 km, San Vincenzo 23 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 39 km and the beautiful beach of Cala Violina 27 km. For lovers of historical sites we recommend Suvereto 11 km, Campiglia Marittima 9 km and the wonderful Populonia 212 km with the Etruscan necropolis overlooking the Gulf of Baratti, Massa Marittima 31 km. A good alternative to the sea can be the thermal resort in Venturina 9 km. From Piombino (23 km) boats go to the island of Elba.
