A comida não estava boa, nem o jantar, nem o café da manhã. De manhã não havia água quente. A porta tem uma fresta embaixo por onde entra luz, portanto o quarto não ficava escuro. Pelo menos a cama era boa.

Atendimento muito cortês por parte de todo o pessoal, especialmente a recepcionista Rose, quem me liberou o quarto antes do previsto e atendeu minhas necessidades Beto no restaurante me brindou um serviço 5*****, com grande conhecimento do seu posto de trabalho e muito gentil Hotel com instalações impecáveis, no quarto tudo funcionando perfeitamente, equipamentos novos; limpeza e cheiro muito agradáveis Agradeço também ao Fernando, quem me assistiu no check out e me passou muitas informações de forma muito solícita. O quarto poderia estar mais limpo, alguns pontos com pó acumulado, academia precisa manutenção nos equipamentos, a piscina não é possível pedir drinks, tem que descer até a recepção ou restaurante, pedi Gin Tônica veio uma dose de gin sem a tônica e foi cobrado a tônica a parte .
