A comida não estava boa, nem o jantar, nem o café da manhã. De manhã não havia água quente. A porta tem uma fresta embaixo por onde entra luz, portanto o quarto não ficava escuro. Pelo menos a cama era boa.

Atendimento muito cortês por parte de todo o pessoal, especialmente a recepcionista Rose, quem me liberou o quarto antes do previsto e atendeu minhas necessidades Beto no restaurante me brindou um serviço 5*****, com grande conhecimento do seu posto de trabalho e muito gentil Hotel com instalações impecáveis, no quarto tudo funcionando perfeitamente, equipamentos novos; limpeza e cheiro muito agradáveis Agradeço também ao Fernando, quem me assistiu no check out e me passou muitas informações de forma muito solícita. Se tivesse que dizer da única coisa a melhorar, seria a piscina pois não pega sol na maior parte do tempo, mas de qualquer forma o espaço é de qualidade Uma excelente experiência que penso repetir muitas vezes !!

Podem melhorar.

O quarto poderia estar mais limpo, alguns pontos com pó acumulado, academia precisa manutenção nos equipamentos, a piscina não é possível pedir drinks, tem que descer até a recepção ou restaurante, pedi Gin Tônica veio uma dose de gin sem a tônica e foi cobrado a tônica a parte .

A estadia foi péssima. Hotel cheio, não tem contingência para falta de energia, não gera chave para entrar nos quartos. Gerador nao funcionou. Depois de uma longa espera para entrar no quarto, faltou energia novamente, umas 3 ou 4x e ficamos sem ar condicionado. O sistema não acusou que já estávamos no quarto e de repente a porta se abriu e outra pessoa entrou e ficamos expostos. Nós tinhamos um casamento, precisava passar roupa, secar cabelo e fazer maquiagem. Óbvio que nos atrasamos e nada saiu bem feito. Foi um show de horror o atendimento. Na saída, descobrimos que o nome do meu marido foi trocado no sistema, nas quedas de internet, e outra pessoa fechou minha conta porque os quartos estavam trocados. Péssima experiência.
