A Royal Tulip Experience

It's the Royal Tulip, the stay was as expected. Resort type feel when on the property, beautiful pool area and staff are very friendly. Not exactly the "Holambra" experience one would expect, but it is a lovely getaway one would expect from the Royal Tulip brand. The town centre is about a 7 minutes drive from the hotel but not onerous. The area is in farm country, you might get stuck behind a tractor but that adds to the charm.

Hotel muito bom com excelente café da manhã, e atendimento impecável. As camas muito confortáveis. Necessita de carro para se locomover até a cidade, embora seja muito perto, e ofereçam serviço de transporte. Recebemos ingressos para a Expo Flora como cortesia.

Experiência abaixo das expectativas

A estadia foi apenas razoável. O check-in demorou bastante, mesmo eu já tendo cadastro na rede. O atendimento no restaurante foi extremamente confuso: em todas as refeições – café da manhã, almoço e jantar – houve esquecimento de pratos. Durante o mês de julho, foram divulgadas atividades de recreação, mas, no domingo em que chegamos, nada estava disponível e ninguém soube explicar o motivo. A academia é satisfatória, embora seja difícil entender por que não há uma esteira. As bicicletas disponíveis são exclusivas para adultos, sem qualquer alternativa para crianças ou cadeirinhas. A maior decepção, no entanto, foi a área da piscina. A água estava gelada e a estrutura da piscina coberta, que supostamente está em obras, revela sinais evidentes de abandono. Pelas condições do local, fica claro que a obra está paralisada há bastante tempo, sem qualquer indício de retomada. Diante de tantos pontos negativos, infelizmente não vejo motivos para retornar ao hotel.

Maravilhoso Hotel Royal Tulip Holambra esses é o 1° Royal Tulip (Grupo da francesa Louvre Hotéis)que fiquei hospedado, tive uma experiência maravilhosa com o hotel. Esse Hotel dispõe de mais 79 apartamentos para melhor atender os clientes e hóspedes, dispõe de Piscinas, academia, salas de Reuniões e de Convenções, assim como demais estruturas para uma excelente estadia. O quanto é amplo, limpo, moderno, climatizado, no quarto que fiquei tinha: Televisão, mesa de trabalho, frigobar, cofre, telefone e um amplo armário. O banheiro é excelente, tem tudo para um excelente banho. Estacionamento descoberto gratuito. Café da manhã com uma grande diversidade de produtos de ótima qualidade, Jantar com uma boa variedade e opções. Durante o check in e check out fui muito bem atendido, os funcionários foram educados, solícitos e preocupados em melhor atender os clientes. Hotel Royal Tulip Holambra está muito bem Localizado na estrada HBR 167, N° 935, Holambra. Com certeza Recomendo.
