Super recomendamos

Meus pais ficaram no hotel por minha recomendação e do meu esposo. Meus pais simplesmente amaram e irão voltar. A experiência deles foi a melhor possível. O quarto foi maravilhoso, espaçoso, o hotel super limpo, o staff foi muito educado, o café da manhã foi maravilhoso com variedade e reposição sempre que era possível e a piscina foi um bônus para eles. Simplesmente tudo perfeito e todos nós recomendamos.

Péssima Experiência

Em síntese, uma péssima experiência! Não recomendo e não retorno à rede. Atendimento bem ruim desde a recepção até a limpeza do quarto. Ao realizar uma simples reclamação quanto a limpeza do quarto a resposta do atendimento foi, vou reportar ao gerente. Nenhuma ação efetiva para se resolver um simples problema, nenhum retorno do gerente. Além disso o quarto parece um quarto de motel barato. Nesse ponto fui enganado pelas fotos. Por fim, a piscina que estava anunciada como aberta, de fato não estava funcionando e a resposta do atendimento também foi, vou reportar ao gerente. Para quem tiver interesse em se hospedar vale a pena perguntar previamente.

Achei o atendimento em geral na média, devido ao covid, parecia que o hotel estava bem cheio. O que foi mais desagradável, foi no domingo pela manhã as camareiras limpando os quartos e falando muito alto pelos corredores. Quem estava dormindo ou descansando foi incomodado.

A única coisa que sempre me incomoda neste e no palacio nacional Inn é a separação entre o banheiro e a as camas em uma acomodação tripla onde as portas dos banheiros são de vidro. Para uma casal, tudo bem. Mas, para um casal e outra pessoas fica HORRÍVEL.

Ar nao funcionava Secador nao funciona Cafe da manha nuuto cheio, haviam 2 onibus de excursao hospedados no hotel. Nao sei se por ter muita gente e precisar se muita quantidade no cafe da manha , as coisas nao eram saborodas (ovo sem gosto w salchicha fria)

Não foi a primeira vez que me hospedei no hotel, sempre foi muito bom, Contanto que porém, dessa vez não foi tão perfeito, apesar da equipe de funcionários muito atenciosos e solicitos, fiquei no primeiro quarto ao lado da recepção , do restaurante, elevador, brinquedos infantis , e não consegui descanso, ouvia tudo e todos a todo momento e Wi-Fi esse dia não ajudou .

Tudo estava ótimo. Ficamos eu, meu esposo, minha mãe e minha sogra em dois quartos conjugados e havia dois banheiros e duas duchas. Gostamos muito. Tivemos um problema de vazamento no quarto, mas foi resolvido. Gostei muito do café da manhã, do atendimento e da localização. A piscina também é muito boa.
