Acceptable. Comfortable but not for work

Quick and easy check-in - It is a nice-looking facility, although the decor is dated. Very reasonable breakfast buffet included. It has a simple bar but few food options and limited restaurant service. The worst problem is the very limited number of electric outlets in the room, making it very cumbersome for the traveler in the digital age.

This hotel is situated in a great place, close to the motorway, town centre and next to a big shopping centre. The building and the furniture it’s a bit old, but everything else make up for it, the service was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good and had a big selection of anything you would want eat in the morning. Overall, great value for money and the strongest shower we experienced in this holiday so far, my children said it was like having a shower on a waterfall. 👍

Não tem isolamento acústico, não dormimos.

O Hotel não tem isolamento acústico nos quartos. Nós, usando protetores de ouvido, escutávamos notificação de mensagem no celular do hóspede do quarto ao lado. Além disso, por volta das cinco da manhã não conseguimos mais dormir pela falação no quarto ao lado em um dos dias, isso sem falar no barulho de portas batendo que sempre nos acordava. Quando chegamos, ficamos uma meia hora esperando para fazer o check-in, pois apesar de ter 3 computadores, havia apenas um recepcionista fazendo os check-ins. Quando subimos, o quarto dos meus sogros estava com duas camas de solteiro e o meu e da minha esposa estava sem limpeza e arrumação. Desci e falei que estava errado e o recepcionista muito educado falou que no sistema dele estava assim, então mostrei o recibo do hotéis.com com 2 quartos com camas de casal, aí ele consertou dizendo que a expedia que havia passado errado. Tem uma porta trancada pra uma sala de passar dentro do quarto que achamos muito estranho. E o ar condicionado fazia barulhos muito altos e o travesseiro era bem duro. No demais, café da manhã bom e próximo ao Shopping Center Valle onde íamos a a pé. Também é próximo da Rodoviária. Não gostamos da estadia e retornando a São José dos Campos não ficaremos mais no Hotel Faro e não recomendamos.

Excelente opção em São José dos Campos

Estadia muito boa! Gostei de tudo! Localização, perto da rodoviária p mim q fui de ônibus! Ao lado de shopping. Excelente café da manhã, local bem agradável para tomar café, quarto e banheiro amplos e confortáveis! Cama Enorme e confortável! Em fim, td foi ótimo! Recomendo muito!Só a reserva que não achavam, mas logo se resolveu!
