Pelo preço eu esperava um pouco mais do café da manhã e como fomos no final de semana do Dia dos Namorados eu também esperava que hotel fosse oferecer algum mimo. No mais estava tudo muito bom e o local é lindo demais.

O hotel um pouco afastado da cidade no mximo uns 3 km , bem integrado a paisagem local , o local é super tranquilo e seguro com varias atividades para as crianças os recreadores são realmente muito bons ! O cafe da manha é excelente com muitas opções , o restaurante tambem oferece almoço , jantar o que facilita porque não precisa sair para comer achei que falta algumas opções no cardapio mas fora isso tudo bem

Muito gostoso!

O local é belíssimo e super confortável. Restaurante com a melhor truta que já comi e funcionários muito atenciosos em todos os setores. Só tivemos um problema pontual pq o vaso do banheiro entupiu 2x nos 5 dias que ficamos hospedados, porém acredito que isso seja por conta de hóspedes anteriores que podem ter jogado papel no vaso ou coisa do tipo. Vale talvez deixar aquelas plaquinhas pra não jogarem nada. De forma geral amamos e vamos voltar !

Lugar encantador, com vista pra pedra do Baú de todos os pontos da pousada. Restaurante Trincheira excelente e café da manhã variadíssimo ... incluindo comida vegana! Chalé confort com lareira na medida para casal.

O hotel está numa localização privilegiada com uma boa estrutura mas precisa de uma revitalização. Móveis e cortinas um tanto envelhecidos. Muitos reparos a serem feitos. Funcionários muito educados e solicitos, o que não compensa a falta de conforto no café da manhã. As mesas não ficam arrudas com louças e talheres, o que facilita saber quais estão disponíveis, fazendo com que o hóspede tenha que buscas tudo que necessita. Outra grande falha: na véspera da hospedagem perguntei ao hotel se seria possível fazer um checkin antecipado e a resposta não foi nem positiva nem negativa, foi um “vou verificar se conseguimos”, só.
