Welcome to this impressive villa with private pool an capacity for 8 people. It's located on the outskirts of Campos.
This beautiful country house boasts the wonderful Majorcan style that you will appreciate in the stone building and the olive trees around, among other trees from the island, making the property a part of the island landscape. The beautiful porch is perfect to enjoy succulent BBQs and leads to the lawn area, with 8 sunloungers and parasols and surrounding the great private chlorine pool -that sizes 12 x 5 metres and has a water depth from 1.5 to 2 metres-.

When you enter, you find a rustic and cosy living-dining kitchen -with AC and fireplace- where you can relax whilst watching the TV-sat and after cooking delicious dishes on the ceramic hob and enjoying then at the dining table. The washing machine, iron and ironing board also are here. There are 4 bedrooms, all with twin beds, closet and AC. Three of them have an en-suite bathroom, one with a bathtub and the rest with a shower. There's another shower bathroom for the rest of the house. Please, note that one of the bedrooms is only accesible from outside the house (from the porch)

The property is only 2.7 km from the town of Campos where you'll find all needed services like bars, traditional restaurants, supermarkets and much more. The next beach, only 10.1 km away, is the incomparable, protected and paradisaical beach of es Trenc, with crystal clear water and a spectacular system of dunes.
