Excellent service and amenities. The food at the restaurant was too cheff! Spa and private boat to the marker river incredible! We are coming back for sure with more family members!

Great location, staff, and other things are excellent.

I was very impressed with this hotel it's suited my family very well. The staff werr very friendly courteous and couldn't do enough for us. It was perfect in nearly every way and we will come back to this hotel. The only negative was in our room we had a bathtub freestanding with a very poor shower system with no curtain so it was dangerous. Travelers tip- check the bathroom before accepting the room.

We stayed for three nights and could not have been happier. The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. It was well equipped and had a lovely bathroom. The staff - who spoke very good English - were very attentive and kept in touch through WhatsApp and arranged numerous trips (including rescuing us when we had a flat bicycle tyre). It's a bit out of town but all the better for it. Breakfast also worthy of mention, freshly made and delicious with lots of fresh fruit mixing western and Vietnamese foods. I hesitate to recommend it because it is a hidden gem and probably won't stay hidden for much longer!
