Wrong location and poor service

Location of the apartments did not correspond to advertised. They advertised central part of Scarborough in 0.1 mile from Botanical gardens. Really they are not in Scarborough. The apartments are located in residential area 10 miles from downtown. No attractions, food, shopping or beaches were in walking distance. Even for dinner we needed to call taxi. The phone number provided by the apartments at booking was disconnected. We needed to call to hotels.com for assistance. The key from the door did not fit and we were unable to lock the door. There were no towels in the apartment. We were fully disappointed by unexpected location and poor service.

Quiet surroundings, close to night life

The apartments were close to the main night life, It was easy to obtain a taxi, which would bring you directly to the hotel. The owners were very courteous and promptly attended to any concerns you had. They arranged last minute transport from Scarborough to the hotel. On the return they contacted me to insure I had successfully boarded the inter-island ferry.
