Wildlife Tour
On our wildlife tour, we'll visit a wildlife refuge near our homes. We'll hike for approximately 30 minutes along a trail parallel to a beautiful, green river, even in the summer. We'll enjoy birdwatching, including the Toledo Manaquin, monkeys, coatis, and more. We'll reach a small but magical waterfall, ideal for a body massage and a crystal-clear riverside retreat. Covered with lush, green trees, it's one of the last remnants of the tropical dry forest. Afterward, we'll head to another national park to continue enjoying the dry forest and its wildlife, including monkeys, coatis, coatis, and more. Also ideal for birdwatching in the forest, the wetlands are ideal for spotting storks. Reach the end of the park and take a boat trip on the Tempisque River. You'll enjoy observing numerous American crocodiles, ranging in size from small to medium and large, growing to over 4 meters. Whether in the water or sunbathing on the beach, being cold-blooded, they need to regulate their temperature. Watch them glide or run from the beach to the river. You'll also see river birds such as: osprey, rosette spoonbill, large green iguanas, and red and blue macaws. Once the river activity is over, we'll return to enjoy the wildlife the national park offers, before taking the return trip.

The equipment is of excellent quality, meeting all quality standards, and the team is respectful and experienced.
Before starting the activities, you will be welcomed with a Guanacastecan snack: coffee, a natural beverage, accompanied by homemade tortillas with fresh cheese from the farm.
