This property is pretty much as advertised. Its uni student accommodation that has passed its use by date so is now cheap public accommodation. Room was dated but ok, though bed was horrendously bowed. Shared kitchen and bathroom facilities tired but clean and ok given the price. Well positioned and cheap enough compared to everything else near by. Go in with low expectations and you will be fine.
