- Please note that the Rectification works to the pool deck area will begin on 14th August 2025 and are expected to take approximately 5 weeks to complete, with estimated completion date being 19th September 2025 (weather permitting). Work will be conducted from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please expect increased noise levels in the vicinity of the pool area during this period, necessary grinding works will take place during the first 2 weeks of this period.
- Please note that driveway access to the underground park and ground floor open air car park, will be reduced on Monday, 18th August from 9am to 1pm, while necessary equipment is moved via crane. All reasonable precautions will be taken to reduce the impact to building residents, we seek your patience during this time. Thank you.

- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.
