1. Broken shower head 2. Broken air conditioning unit 3. Can’t open/close curtain half way as we have to open window because of broken air conditioning unit 4. No explanation on how mini bar works. Staff expect customer to read the A4 page instructions after 9:30pm checkin. 5. Very bad customer service at front desk when earlier checkout at 5:50.

Canberra Comfort & Style

Great location to access Braddon eats and perfect scooter ride to Parliament Precinct, Art Gallery and Lake treats! Excellent rooms, extra clean and so comfortable. This is our second stay and would always choose Deco for any Canberra visit.
