BEDROOM:
Both bedrooms have a queen-sized bed topped with fresh linens. The linens are professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have a shower, sink, and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:

- dishwasher
- microwave

- crockery and cutlery

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It has also access to local channels. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account.

LAUNDRY AREA:

The parking garage can fit up to 2 car. There are also options for free and paid street parking.

COMMON AREA:
You will have the access to the building`s gym throughout your stay.

Gym Noise Reminder:
Please do not drop the weights when in use. The noise from weights dropping can be heard and felt throughout the surrounding units. Please be mindful of all residents when using the gym and place your weights on the ground when finished with use to limit noise and disruption.

Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

Before your reservation can be confirmed, please note that guest verification is required. Due to local council regulations, bookings remain pending until the verification process is completed. If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be automatically cancelled.

1. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if arranged in advance. Unauthorised late departures may incur a $110 per hour fee.

2. No Smoking or Pets
- Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Breaches will incur a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are exempt where required by law.

3. Cleaning
- The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning and linen. Please leave the property in a reasonable and tidy condition. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges (minimum $50).

4. Registered Guests Only
- Only the guests listed on the booking may stay at the property. If you are booking on behalf of others (e.g., business or government travel), please let us know in advance.

5. No Parties or Events
- Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. The number of guests must not exceed the number booked. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after this time. Breaches may result in cancellation of the stay and a $2,000 penalty.

6. Children
- Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, as the property is not child-proofed.
