Fabulous location. Beautiful view from the rooftop. 1 block away from canberra Square, the theatre and loads of great restaurants. The large, clean heated pool and the sauna were impressive. Staff are insite 24hours which is handy. Unfortunately, the apartment building is under significant structural repairs which isn’t ideal when paying a decent amount to stay there. There are hatches missing from the ceilings all the way through the hallways. Balcony doors in rooms are locked shut (cannot be opened) due to safety concerns. The shower drain did become blocked and flooded the bathroom floor. Other than that, the apartment itself was mostly good. It is old and could do with a freshen up, but it was delightfully clean and the beds were comfortable. Wind out windows and new ducted heating/air conditioning are welcome features.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. the kitchen was well equipped incl microwave, oven, electric hob and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Great location. the reception staff were all friendly. The room and wider building is very tired and really needs full refurbishment; but it’s fine for a short visit. the pool looked pretty decent but i didn’t go it

Great location and lots of room for the 3 of us. Loved having laundry in the apartment and how close it was to shopping, dining, and public transport. Front desk staff were really nice and helpful. Checkin was a breeze and they held our luggage after we checked out. The room itself was a little tired and light fixtures & windows could use a cleaning, but beds, kitchen and bathroom all really clean.

Staff were very helpful. The extractor fan in bathroom made a constant noise. When reception staff were informed they organised someone to take care of the problem - sorted quickly. Room clean & comfortable. Wifi very good. I would have liked to have been able to adjust air conditioning/heating to my personal taste but the system in the room didn’t allow for that.

The Staff Member who checked us in was welcoming & courteous. The room was clean and spacious. Given that we had booked a Studio, it was a very pleasant surprise to be upgraded to a One Bedroom apartment .

The towels smell like urine, the furniture is from the 80s, the tea bar is worst then a 2 star motel. Outside of the wee towels these arent big issues, until you look at the price. You definitely dont get what you pay for. Better off going across rhe road for the same price

Room was clean. King bed very comfortable. Staff very obliging. Enjoyed the pool but it’s a shame that there is no spa tub now. Also, access via stairs for the last two flights is not ideal for people with mobility issues. Location to shops, restaurants is excellent.. everything within walking distance.
