Professionally managed by Canstay.
This stylish studio apartment is located right on the doorstep of the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) and GIO Stadium. It`s close University of Canberra, Calvary Hospital Bruce and a short drive from Belconnen town centre. All of the furnishings are new and the apartment is only a few years old. If you are looking for a private place to stay in Canberra then this is a great choice.
The fully furnished studio has a well-equipped kitchen (with a 4-burner cooktop), a washing machine, a TV with access to all local channels, a dryer and a spacious bathroom. There is plenty of parking in front of the building and no traffic noise at night.
There is also a rear courtyard that enjoys a lot of sunshine in the afternoon.
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
