Room was tired but so we're we. Staff were polite. Door from Room Service was not amazing. Gurgling sink was annoying. Overall, we were looking for a bed to sleep in after a long drive and late night. This hotel met that need.

Love the garden inside and able to use stairs to room.. quite room ,clean except could be cleaned under sink and shower curtain needs washing , otherwise pleasant stay will certainly go back

Rooms not cleaned with disinfectant and very run down. Benches not wiped down. Everything inthe room was old and outdated and stained. Room service food not edible. We will never stay there again. We should have left straight away but we had no where else to stay!!!

Very comfortable, quiet room. Great restaurant and bar on site. Decor in room was old style. Hopefully they plan to eventually refurb the wood to a lighter colour and add some art work or interest to the dark walls. Everything clean except one teaspoon which must have been missed by the cleaners. Will definitely stay again.

Pavilion on Northbourne 2 night stay for 3

The hotel staff are excellent and the rooms were very clean. The facilities fall short specifically the air ventilation (Room 217). The air conditioned is centralized in the hotel but that didn't seem to apply to our room. Very poor airflow made the room hot and stuffy. We had to crack the window at night and get a pedestal fan to get by 2 nights. Minor feedback in terms of controlling water temperature in the bathroom - the settings are boiling or ice cold. Getting the right temperature requires surgical skills which is truly unexpected.

If you have your own cr the parking is inadequate if you are out for the day and arrive back after 6 o'clock you will be unable to find a parking space. We had to get a park at 10 am and then leave our car there and use Uber cars for the 3 days of our stay. If you are taking your own car don't even think about staying at The Pavilion.

Room card did not work in first place , dialled the reception for help , they did not bother tp come and help , instead asked me to come down from 3rd floor and take another card. Other wise stay was pleasant.
