Nestled in a private green enclave, you will undoubtedly fall for the charm of this lovely house with its refined decor, where touches of pink create a relaxing ambiance. Ideally located in a quiet area, La Petite Jeanne is at the heart of the port of La Houle in Cancale, where everything is within walking distance: sea, swimming, restaurants, and shops. It is a perfect base for exploring Cancale and its surroundings! Completely renovated in 2019, this 80 m² house with its charming garden offers all the comfort for a pleasant holiday with family or friends, in tune with the tides!

Upon entering the house, you immediately access the living area with its fully equipped open kitchen. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Bright and airy, this room offers direct access to the outside and the terrace. La Petite Jeanne features a master suite on the ground floor with a 140x190 bed and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower + sink). Upstairs, there are two other bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190), and the other with two single beds (90x190). The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and sink. The house has two separate toilets, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.

  • The house is situated in a large green area where there is another rental property opposite La Petite Jeanne. Each house has its own terrace and private garden area, which are landscaped but not fenced.
  • Private outdoor parking for one car.
  • Upon your arrival, the beds will be made, and you will have one large and one small towel per guest.
