Alessandra was very welcoming. We were able to check in a bit early and leave our luggage. The condo is cute and fit our family of 3 well for the week. Nice, clean swimming pool, beach, palapa area for guests of the condos. Daily cleaning of sorghum off of beach. Good cooking facilities and space to unwind. Pilot light on water heater went out twice, but owner was responsive to fixing/addressing issue in a timely manner. Nearby bus is convenient to get to grocery stores, hotel zone, and downtown Cancun. A great overall stay.
