I enjoyed my staff overall. Friendly staff very clean. The beach was very close n clean. My only complaint is that the buffet food was not good at all. Not enough variety. No vegan or sugar free options for vegan options. Food did not look or taste good. The restaurant were amazing.

The ocean front room and beach are exceptional. Italian and French restaurants are great, friendly staff, had a great vacation. Will return to this Hotel for a longer stay next time

There was a very large ventilation unit behind the hotel, and the noise from it made our stay extremely unpleasant. I asked to change rooms, but I was told that because we booked through Expedia, we would have to pay an additional fee to move to the other side. It was very frustrating that they kept blaming everything on Expedia.
