Great room! Great staff! Didn’t get the bonus hotels.com mentions but it was fine. All bars will serve shots. I’d also say only about 50% of people seem to tip, so take that as you may. Coco bongo is well worth a visit! Enjoy!

Best all inclusive I’ve ever been to. The food is high quality and there’s a wide variety to pick from. Beach was clean and safe. Service was excellent- came up to us every 10 mins asking if we wanted another drink. Will definitely be coming back here next year.

Room was spot less everywhere is beautiful and clean. Service is very accommodating and friendly. Resturants and buffet are also good quality for all inclusive. We stayed 4 nights 5 days after staying 4 days on the island of Isla Mujeres. It’s good to relax an being pampered with after the island adventure.

Awesome room, stocked mini bar and a bottle of wine when we arrived, BT speaker in shower very clean, comfortable bed. The customer service here was amazing. Every worker was extremely nice, helpful and gave the vibe they really wanted to be there to give you the best experience possible. Not one complaint I can think of. The food was great, buffet for breakfast and lunch had good varieties. Silk city had an awesome view and great food. The fajitas at Picante were amazing. And the tequila was top notch.

The staff were very kind and willing to go above & beyond. The room was clean and spacious. And the food was great. Would definitely visit again.

Very amazing and friendly staff that were on point with everything. Food was amazing and of course the unlimited drinks. Housekeeping and room service did such a great job , cleaned and changed rooms twice a day 10/10
