We really enjoyed our stay, the property is in excellent condition and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only 2 things that didn’t meet our expectations. The XL club benefits they sell are not worth the price as you don’t get much additional features. And second, room service could never get the orders right. Other than that, great place.

The property was clean and very well maintained. There were several food options/restaurants to choose from. The daily activities at the pool were fun along with live music. And the nightly entertainment was amazing. Martin was very accommodating with our requests at the check-in desk. And our stay to celebrate our anniversary was made even more special with his kind gesture. Our server Mardoqueo was very friendly and funny. Our stay was made even more pleasant whenever we visited Spoon International to eat. He reminded us of George Lopez. Our other server Lupita was very nice to us as well. If he brings drinks to your table you will easily know who I’m referring to. You could sense he really enjoys his job and making you laugh. All of the dining staff were great. The spa services were most enjoyable and the staff were great. One thing we didn’t like was having to pay additional money while at the pool to sit in a cabana. You pay enough as it is to then have to pay more. Something else we didn’t like was sitting in for a presentation to purchase a timeshare. Those presentations take a considerable amount of time away from your original intent for being there, which is to relax while on vacation. The whole experience made us feel like we were at the New York Stock Exchange. Also, the additional cost for VIP services is really not worth it. The VIP access allows you access to the pool on the roof top (29th floor) and bar/lounge with finger foods. Overall, alcohol was very weak.

This was the best vacation I've ever been on. The resort offers so many amenities. As soon as we were checking in the staff upgraded our room, which made our stay so much better. We got an amazing view from our balcony. The staff are so kind and remember your name and even what orders you like. The dining was amazing-the only thing i wish we were aware of before we got to the resort was that the restaurants are only open certain days, when we first got there we did not realize and missed out on some cool restaurants we wanted to try but couldn't because we missed it. We purchased a cabana on the rooftop pool and that is something I would definitely recommend. and the 24/7 room service was so amazing especially when we wanted to get a bite to eat at night. The nighttime activities were also so much fun, their events are something you'll never forget. I would love to come back to this resort in the future. Some of the amazing staff to look out for are: Rodiver (entertainment), Sergio (the abyss pool), Marcon (the abyss pool bartender), David (Italian restaurant server), Riccardo (Silk City server), Alehandro (Rooftop pool -server for our cabana), Samantha (Entertainment), Angel (Fishnet restaurant server), Daniel (boat/paddleboard/kayak guide on beach), and Marcello (Spoons buffet server). The service was so amazing that I literally started writing the staffs names down while on vacation. They deserve a lot of recognition!! Overall amazing time!! Would definitely recommend!

I had a great time at the property! Great entertainment, vibes, and dinner was good! The only thing I didn’t like was that it felt like a hustle the entire time from room service to there was always an upsell they tried to tell you about! It felt like a money grab at times but other than that it was a great experience!

Love the VIP suite. Jacuzzi on the patio, ocean front views absolutely stunning. Room service was awesome. Absolutely loved the buffett and the Asian restaurant. Shout out to Aqua world ( jet skis excursion was really fun!l ) I took my husband here for his 60th and we really enjoyed ourselves. Lively atmosphere daily.
