Overall, I enjoyed the stay. The beach view was great and you could hear the waves from the room. However, be cautious booking tours through the hotel staff. I booked two tours with an employee named Gael and later discovered they were about $250 cheaper online. When I tried to cancel one (still more than 24 hours in advance as he had said was allowed), he refused and told me to speak to the manager, who was never available. Despite multiple follow-ups, no one helped, and after I left, the agency manager contacted me but stopped responding when I asked for an update on a partial refund. I recommend comparing tour prices online and avoiding the hotel’s tour agency.

All the staff courteous . The cleanliness of the room and surroundings is good. But the room given to us is very bad. The first night was ok, but i noticed right away that it could be a family room at times because there was a locked door leading to the other room. I could have asked for a change of room right away but didn’t bother. The following night, it scares me to death that it feels like somebody is trying to open my door and then people are starting to talk. And so it was, the other room got occupied. I dont know how i lasted staying in that room. The people talking on the other room feels literally like together with you in the same room. Really really bad!!

The rooms were clean, the hotel is by the beach which made it a good experience. It’s an older hotel so it’s pretty dilapidated but for the price it’s nothing to baulk at. I have no real complaints it’s like a clean motel by the water, not a gross motel, like a motel 6 of Cancun lol if you want a budget friendly beachside hotel, it’s cool. If you have the money to spend, get another that’s more updated. Also it requires a 100 dollar deposit when you check-in which you can pay cash, and expect the 15 minute room inspection at the end of check-out so don’t order an uber just yet.

The staff would not give us a second role of toilet paper, saying the cleaning personnel would give one the next day--this didn't happen. No water provided. No coffee machine in the room. Inadequate telephone service--told to use What'sAp, but never reception never answered our calls. Only one small bar of harsh soap provided. No service at pool. Positive: restaurant had good Mexican menu and good prices. Overall was quite disappointing.

The bar restaurant has amazing food, i loved the rooms, pool, and views. My only complaint is the beds are rock hard. They legit hurt to sleep on. But it's totally worth it to stay here because i love this place. This was my second trip and I'm going to come back in 2026.
