Nos arrepentimos de solo habernos hospedado una sola noche, pero la próxima será por varios días. Seguramente regresaremos en nuestras próximas vacaciones, ya que el hotel a pesar de ser algo antiguo, las remodelaciones hechas lo hacen súper cómodo, bonito y agradable. La habitación con todas las comodidades necesarias. La vista del balcón hacia la playa insuperable. Queremos agradecer a Daniela su recibimiento, muy linda y excelente atención. Recibí un msg de WhatsApp anticipado, preguntando con nuestra hora de llegada, grata sorpresas! Acceso a la habitación, lista antes de la hora del check in y a todas las instalaciones. Toda la familia quiere regresar pronto!!!

I had an amazing experience at this resort! The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the transportation was super easy, making everything hassle-free. I loved that it was a little away from the nightlife—it gave the perfect balance of relaxation while still being just 10 minutes away from Coco Bongo. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a great time, and the resort truly gives you the full Mexico experience. Highly recommend!

The hotel caught us offguard not having a front desk but we were able to find the reception due to the clear instructions the hotel gave us before check in. Secuirty around the hotel was a comfort and the parking was good for the rental. The hotel had a great ocean and pool view. Room was clean and seemed updated. There is some cosmetic things that need to be fixed but nothing bad. Beds were very comfortable and the sheets were great. The beach was amazing outside the hotel gates and the pool area was great for hanging around. We only stayed here one night and we were sad we didnt stay longer. We would stay here again without hesitation.

First of all Orbitz it isn’t a trustful site when you look for hotels, because they did showed that this ''property'' was wonderful and we choose right? But it was a nightmare, cracked all over the place, its turn in a part, I felt completely unsafe over there because of that and the area is very dangerous, please trust me. If you thinking about going to a hotel in Cancun dont go here, it was one of the worst experience we never had. And yes, we took off less than one hour. The property and Orbitz didnt returned (refund) anything to us, even after I contacted Orbitz, but we safe, that’s all that matter. I woludnt trust on Orbitz advertising descriptions anymore.Im out.

So far it’s been a great stay. It’s 9pm and it’s quiet and safe around here. We only stayed one night. We like the small store that they have here. It’s very convenient and prices are reasonable. So no need to leave the complex for drinks beer water snacks. The restaurant had great seas food but all other food was ok. The prices was fair. We heading out tomorrow We will come back

It's great beach property with good room size for sleeping over... Not much of dining options in the hotel but outside walkable everything.
