Great resort. Clean and a beautiful layout. Food was delicious which offered a variety of options. Service was generally good, which a few exceptions. Rooms were clean. Only issues we had was check in. They wasted an hour of our time during check in trying to upsell services to us and they wouldn’t seem to take no as an answer. Which frustrated me. And they initially refused to give us 2 room keys even tho we are two people. We had to argue to get a 2nd room key. And no one escorted us to our room to show us where it is. After the battles of checking in, everything was perfect. In general I would visit again.

As a single mom traveling with my daughter, I can honestly say Dreams Riviera Cancun gave me something rare — the ability to relax, feel safe, and be truly cared for. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the entertainment kept us smiling — but it was the staff who made this trip unforgettable. The Explorer’s Club team — Tam, Gio, Coco, Laura, Mar, and Paty — were amazing with my daughter. She felt so happy and secure there that I was finally able to unwind and enjoy some real rest. The beach bar with the swings became my go-to spot. The bartenders were so friendly, genuine, and easy to talk to — I kept going back just for the great energy and conversation. Ricardo, our poolside waiter, was kind, attentive, and always showed up at the perfect moment. And Alfonso, one of the bellboys, made such a warm impression — helpful, welcoming, and always smiling. Every interaction we had with staff felt sincere. This resort is special. I’m already planning to come back — not just for the beach, but for the people who made it feel like home. Thank you, Dreams, for giving us such a meaningful, safe, and joy-filled experience.

We took our first family vacation with our kids and grandkids to Dreams Riviera Maya. It was a wonderful place to take our family. Resort was lovely, rooms were clean, mold free and always had hot water, comfy beds, the evening entertainment was excellent and enjoyed by all in our party. We especially loved the convenience of all of the pools. The kid pool was a big hit with the littles. The restaurants were great other than the buffet as the food was usually cold. The staff, with the exception of the Batefoot grill were friendly and provided great service. The only suggestion would be to offer more kid/family entertainment such as evening family dancing, games, pajama movie nights, etc. I would to totally recommend Dreams RM. June 2025

The staff was beyond pleasant!! I met a gentleman named Efran who worked at the resort and he went above and beyond with his hospitality!!

This property isn’t too huge. Everything’s walkable, fairly quiet at night. Food was good. Drinks were typical watered down drinks. Kids loved the kids pool area with slides and other stuff. There were a total of 3 pools. Not many poppin activities going on but some simple, short things at night. Barely saw any bugs at this property. Would recommend to other families.

Second time staying with dreams resorts. Beautiful property. Plenty to do for adults and kids. Service was great. Normally find things wrong but have to say no issues. Would recommend.
