We were doubled charged for our stay thru online and in person. We inquiry about this the last 4 days and finally got our refund 2 days after we left. The rooms had roaches and stayed on the floor for 2 days even after the maid came and cleaned. Our air conditioner went out after the 2nd night and had to get another room. The bathrooms especially showers had mold. There blinking red light by the end and bathroom that are motion detected which raised a red flag. The blinking light only came on when you moved. You have no control of the ac and certain temp. Gets cold at night but you can’t adjust the temp at all. Highly do not recommend especially with the blinking light.

The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Everything was so clean and beautiful. Most of the resort restaurants order from the same kitchen which is interesting. But menu choices are slightly different. This resort is close to many options for shopping, restaurants, activities. I would definitely stay here again

Overall this hotel is fantastic! The pools, beach, facilities, rooms, etc were all top notch! However, I had some minor problems. The ice maker on my floor was broken the entire week that I was there & it didn't seem like there was any effort to fix it. I had to call their service department, who arrived very quickly, to address problems with the air conditioning in my room. However, I think the problem may have been my lack of understanding of the door sensors, which all have to closed before the a/c would come on, which was not clearly explained to me. The technicians do not speak English making communication difficult. Also, the thermostat in the room had an extremely bright backlight, which never cut off, making it difficult to sleep. It was like having the sun next to our bed! I tried covering it up with clothes, towels, etc. But, they really need to fix that. They use blackout curtains to keep the outdoor light from coming in but the bright light from the thermostat was far worse. I chose the all inclusive breakfast only option, which I believe is the best choice. It's the same food everyday but the variety is so huge that I never got board with breakfast 6-12PM. Some others complained that the meals for lunch and dinner were also the same food each day and sometimes served cold. But, I did not personally experience that since I got the breakfast only option. Also, a larger refrigerator inside the room would have been nicer. But overall, I would certainly return again.

Loved this hotel. We stayed only 2 nights so did not get all inclusive, but recommend if you will drink many alcoholic beverages.

We had 3 rooms with two different families. Two out of three view were great, but one was on the side facing the parking lot. The one with the good view had construction going on right outaide the door but they did end at around 7 or 8pm. Beach staff was amazing and quick, they should clean the beach.

Everything was great. Only issue We had is when we ordered from room service we never received our items. Other than that we had a wonderful vacation stay. Enjoyed the swimout pool, Daniel our waiter was super nice, and my birthday cake shape using the tires made my birthday even the more special.

There is heavy construction work happening here, noisy not relaxing at all. All inclusive here, was not all inclusive. Photos are deceiving and old. You have to pay extra for Jack Daniel’s and many other normal popular brands. Food basic and poor. Paid for all inclusive fridge never had any drinks in. 2 bottles of water and coffee in room. Really poor, waste of money. Beds really soft would not recommend. Will be contacting Expedia as this was for my partners birthday and it was a waste of money. Bbq on the beach was ok but basic. Poor.

As US citizen was intentionally placed in the room with constant water coming on the floor, broken lock on balcony door and not working safe and closet doors. Was mislead by management where to eat and general locations and schedule of restaurants. Would not recommend for US citizens to visit. Staff in general are nice people.
