what i didn't like is first the air condition was not working then they didnot want to give us 4 battle water even though we pay for 4 people, we lost one flip flop shoe and also untill we live the fridge was not working. we had unpleasant time staying.

Large and confusing property where things are far away like the reception area and it’s hard to get pool towels because of the hours. Lobby on 4th floor and all the different buildings kind of hard to get used to. Nice beach with loungers and pool/hot tub is nice but plenty of kids where they were not allowed. Comfortable room. Had an entertaining show one night near the pool area.

I do enjoy this place. 3rd time staying here for extended visits. Cons: construction at different areas of resort. I understand there will be upgrades. The construction this year is one of the pools. Work performing all day so it is a bit noisy. I did not come here for the pool however nor do I stay at the resort during the day. This is not a huge deal for me. Steps. Lots and lots of steps. Everywhere. I cannot spell the word steps without walking into another flight of steps. Everywhere. When I go solo to this place, I do not mind. I could however tell that my party I brought became tired of them very quick. Location. So with Emporio, we r is cheaper, but the location is not the best. No quick shopping or great food at quick notice. Again, I do not mind getting an uber, taxi, or walking. The party I brought did however not enjoy shuttling around everytime. Buffet. I never do the all inclusive. I don’t drink and the food is just average. I did not come here for a buffet. I came for local food. The pros: staff is amazing. Clean. Always clean. Staff is always ready to help. Air conditioning is awesome. Beach is great (make sure it is not seaweed season), I will be back next year around the same time. Thank you Emporio!!!!!!

Nice property with extremely friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good, offering plenty of options. The beach, however, had a lot of seaweed, so I wasn’t able to swim directly in front of the property. I had to walk a bit to find a cleaner section of the beach for swimming.
