If it is going to be a hot sunny day, reserve your lounge chairs by placing your towel, book, water bottle, etc. on them before 9am, as they will become scarce by 11am. The lower pool gets noisy in the afternoons with the entertainment crew yelling non-stop.

Overall rating 8/10 Food isn’t bad but not much varieties Property is very old, elevator was broken down, no movable shower head, can’t adjust the temperature of the AC, at night I have to turn it off as it is preset at 18 degree Celsius!! Most of restaurants have good food you have to pay extra although my reservation is all inclusive Smoking isn’t permitted except for in Garden which is outside the resort Coffee wasn’t good enough to wake me up lol But spicy food was amazing People are nice, friendly The beach was marvellous

Great food options (and delicious); however, some restaurants don’t open in their locations that we need to check with staff. The Mexican food restaurant waiter pushed us to purchase lobster, the menu displays Spanish inside English that misled the price. This is the worst we’ve had during our stay. Rooms are clean and facilities are well maintained. Room service staff has hard time understanding English which is inconvenient.

This was my first time at an all inclusive so I have nothing to compare it to, but I thought it was great. It was very clean, staff was helpful, easy to manage. A few reviews mention that it looks outdated but I didn’t get that impression at all. It’s very convenient being so close to the airport, and it’s not a very large resort so you don’t have to walk a long way or get lost to find the pool/beach. For a short beach trip like a few days, I think it’s perfect. Food is good, lots of options.

We came for a weekend trip and had a great time. The resort is beautiful and with great amenities. Breakfast: a bit of a line to get in the buffet, and not as much variety as other hotels, but I like everything I had - my favorite was the Chilaquiles with fried eggs. Drinks are not the highest quality, but they were not watered down - my favorites were the Aperol and the Caipirissima. Lunch: we used the Cevicheria at the pool area - good food with amazing view. Dinner: we went to the Argentinian and the Italian. Both had very good options - try the Empanadas and Tuscan Soup. Nice pool and beach areas - no problems to find a place, fun activities, and an agitated sea if you like the waves. Would come back.

What is the best at this hotel is the employees. They are all super friendly and really want you to have a good time. Eligio, the bartender at the lobby bar IS THE BEST!!! We had the best time with him. Our room view could have been better. It was pretty much facing another hotel.

The staff were very accommodating. We were unable to use our plunge pool because there was at least 3" of water in the area.
