Fantastic hotel. Truly all inclusive except for Spa Services. I had a wonderful holiday my family. Great food and awesome customer service by all staff. Sepcial thanks to the staff in the kids club. Wonderful team of people. I would stay here again and again. Loved my 10-day stay at the hotel.

The Resort is older seems to need some upgrades. The service was great, most employees were very attentive. There is no AC around the resort except in your room. Rooms are very comfortable. If you want to make a reservation for a restaurant you have to wait in a long line daily and still not guaranteed to get a time slot you want. Hopefully they change that system soon. Breakfast buffet is 5/10...food was luke warm or cold. Dinner options were better. All in all not a bad place but I will probably choose another place next time.

This is the second time we stay at a fiesta hotel- We stayed in a fiesta American (grand) last time we went to Cancun, We had such a great time we wanted to try a different fiesta hoping we get similar experiences, so we stayed at condesa. Check in was great. But our room was not ready. We initially got a room w a dunk pool, but as we got to the room we immediately didn’t like it, we purchased a dunk pool w garden view, we got a wall for a view, very uninviting and claustrophobic. We asked to change rooms and even wanted just a standard room with no pool. They upsold ocean view patio room which we paid 300 extra dollars for; the view was amazing but pricey. We did not like the selling of the access club membership. I felt it was a pushy and wanted us to sit through 2 hours sales meeting. I declined and they weren’t happy. I read reviews, I read the hotel website amenities description. I chose fiesta Americana because it said there was teen club, a children’s club, karaoke and multiple restaurants. We arrive and no kids club, no karaoke, no nightly entertainment for families with children. The hotel needs upgrades. And the food by no means was great. The buffet was standard and I feel not that many options. The pool was clean, but lack of trash bins and towel bins. The beach was nice but had seaweed. The service and the staff by far was the best part. They were friendly and always had a smile but unfortunately we won’t be staying at this hotel again.
