My daughter left her wallet in the room for one day end the cleaning person or someone went in are room end find her wallet end take her money 200 US dollars that is not a safe place if you thinks are not safe in your room people aren’t safe

Property was great, customer service is great, and we really enjoyed all the food/restaurant options. I will just note that main lobby areas of the resort are not air conditioned. Restaurants and rooms do have central air conditioning. Would definitely recommend Fiesta Americana and will be back in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort—it was so much fun exploring everything it had to offer. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests, making us feel well taken care of throughout our visit. There were plenty of dining options with a great variety of cuisines, and we loved being able to try different foods at all times of the day. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and pleasantly fragrant everywhere we went. We especially appreciated the wide range of facilities, including the kids' club, indoor and outdoor gyms, spa, and swimming pool. Each day was filled with fun activities like movie nights, karaoke, beach volleyball, and beach soccer, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was also heartening to see the resort’s commitment to inclusivity. Guests with disabilities had full access to all areas and were consistently assisted and cared for by attentive staff. We loved seeing such a diverse mix of people—of all ages and backgrounds—coming together and having a great time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place. Two things I wish was better was buffet and bar not open at certain times of the day. Not an open bar at 5pm on Friday and same for the bar. Second, beach wasn’t open to guests past 8pm.

I waivered on 2 or 3 stars. A few things that made the stay less than optimal. If you are expecting a 4 start resort, think again. Its more than 3 and less than 4. Overall I give it a 2.5. 1. First, they have no idea how room charges are supposed to work. When you check in you can leave a CC on your room, but everywhere you go on property, they will want a card. No one will do a room charge. They will always ask for a CC. Talked to another guest and he had same issue. Do not leave your CC for room charges, its useless. And complaining won't change a thing. You need to use your CC on premise at every single place. 2. The room humidity is soooooo bad. The sheets feel cold and wet and when you leave your clothes will smell like mold. They seriously need to clean the AC and revamp it. 3. The whole place is in disrepair. They really need to take down the pool and fix it. Missing tiles all over and cracks, AC is moldy, cracks in the walks, elevators not working, doors torn off hinge, bathrooms half renovated. 4. The restaurants are very confusing. I read reviews about the food being bad. I thought it was just ok, not bad, but not great. The problem is, the restaurant schedule is all over the place. Hard to keep track of what is open and what is closed. It was a mystery what and where you would eat every night. Maybe I was not looking in the right spot for a schedule. 5. This one, not their fault. The beach was gross with sargassum. The beach was unusable and unenjoyable.

Did not like the idea of paying for the steakhouse restaurant in the middle of our stay because management changed their mind, majority of the guests were unhappy and upset over that
