The rooms were very clean, amenities were beautiful. The service at the restaurant and pool side were great. It was awkward being asked if we wanted to tip every time we got anything. I would recommend not asking and just handing the machine to the guest. It takes away from the experience.

We had a great experience at Garza Blanca Resort in Cancun. The food was delicious at every restaurant we tried, and the variety made every meal feel special. The pool and beach were absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing, swimming, and enjoying the sun. What truly made the trip unforgettable was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness really elevated our stay especially when traveling with a baby! Overall, it was an amazing trip, and we can’t wait to come back! Would highly recommend it for someone with kids!

Super friendly staff and waiters. High end rooms. You will feel the luxury. A couple downsides: not much for kids. There's 1 kid zone, and that was good, but need a couple more activities, and taking in 2yos. Put a few kids slides in pools. Put kid friendly pool depths. Most of them are too deep for 6yo and less. Add more hot tubs. Overall we had a great experience.
