Food was not great. Only good thing about spa was hydrotherapy. Alot of staff seem to have attitudes or were rude. Too much confusion about room upgrades. They lied about being sold-out. Butlers were hit or miss. Either you had a good one that communicated or you didnt. No tour, no map, no explanation of services, amenities, nothing. Music was outdated. Bath tub was dirty day 1. Room service took forever. Complimentary bottle was given on last day so had to give away. Not impressed with this resort at all. Elevators were always out of service in main lobby & sports bar staff were lazy & rude. Service took forever or not at all. No one explained diamond club or where office amenties located.

My second time staying at this resort and it once again, did not disappoint! The place is so big, so nice and so clean. All staff was friendly & the restaurants we tried had very good food. I was lucky enough to encounter with one of the supervisors of the bars/restaurants, his name is Joseph. He was amazing to say the least & checked on me and my friends on a regular basis to make sure we were doing good.

Our vacation was great. Wish I knew about renting scooters as I had 2 elderly women with me and that would have great. I asked for a refund on two excursion tickets as two of our party fell ill and could not go. They declined so disappointed in that. Making reservations at restaurants was a bit difficult but staff told me could only book 2 days prior. Could never get into Mexican restaurants.

The Buffett was really good. The restaurants were ok but the Buffett was the real place to eat. The beaches had covered areas so you could stay in the shade. I love how many activities the resort offered throughout the day. They even had a fire show! Would come again

This was a very beautiful resort the dining room food options were bit nasty but doable when checking in my room wasn’t ready so I waited an hour and a half for the room to be available, but it was well worth it. The views were amazing and the room was very clean.

The hotel is old and needs some freshening up. Cement walk ways are uneven. It was false advertising on Adults only and multiple units and pool areas were connected with lots of kids in the main area and all evening restaurants. Rooms were excellent and clean. Beach is a mess of sea weed and needed daily cleanup which did not happen.

If I were to base our trip off the reviews we would have never went. My husband and myself always book last minute however found limited options this time so last minute we booked hideaway. I can honestly say it was my most favourite vacation to date. ( I have been to Mexico 3 times) the food was absolutely amazing, the ribeye was an actual ribeye. The room was beautiful and clean. Most of the staff were friendly however I did find service was slower and you would get the odd grumpy server but overall I would be back!

Room service was terrible we waited hours for food and got a call saying do you still want your food they said ok 10 mins waited hours didn’t get it till 12:30 and ordered at 8am. That was one issue the next is that we couldn’t get any reservations for restaurants and I asked other guest they also had the same issue. Then at check out didn’t know there was a whole up stairs with casino and coffee shop. I wish there was someone who can walk you around do a tour or at least give you a map of the place. I would have loved to rate the place a 5 star and would like to try it again the minor issues needs to be fix and it definitely can be a 5 star.

Definitely not going back to this resort. Family resort is right next door and there are obviously too many children that you still have to deal with if you are going towards the dining restaurants or near the main lobby
