Check-in was seamless. All interactions with staff (front desk, pool, restaurant, room valet) were all pleasant. The room was somewhat clean, save for common use surfaces. The shelves next to the bed, and the bathroom counter had sticky fluid stains from the previous user. Ironically the table in the lobby restaurant was exactly the same. The selection of convenience & snack items was very limited. The property was a 5 minute walke from terminal 3.

Great for a quick stay

Quick in and out from Cancun and this place was PERFECT. Walking distance to and from the airport, very clean, very spacious and quiet.

We were very comfortable with our one night stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room and the hallway had a smell of old stale smoke but once I turned on the air conditioner in our room I couldn’t smell it.
