I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable and fell far below the standard of service and cleanliness that I expected.
From the beginning of my stay, staff support was severely lacking. Multiple staff members were unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful when I requested assistance. Despite calling the front desk several times and physically going downstairs, many of my concerns were either ignored or promised assistance that never arrived.
The condition of the hotel and my room was extremely disappointing. The room appeared outdated, with dirty walls, unclean sheets, and dirty towels. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and overall hygiene throughout the property was poor. The elevator floor was consistently wet, creating an unsafe environment, and there was a foul odor present in the lobby.
The room temperature was another major issue. The room was freezing cold, the air conditioning had only one setting, and despite requesting a blanket, staff refused to provide one. I contacted the front desk multiple times regarding the A/C issue, yet no one came to address it.
Additional concerns included:
• The pool being visibly dirty with bugs inside
• Room service being unreachable, with no return calls after multiple attempts
• Being unable to place a food order while the dining area was at full capacity
Overall, this stay was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. I did not enjoy my stay
