Beautiful property, has a lot of character, I loved the AC it was nice and cold, balcony was beautiful. However, no elevator only stairs (to carry out your bags). No offer for water and drinks. There is a lil shop you can buy some drinks.

I recently stayed at this property in Cancun and had a wonderful experience overall. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. While the property is located about a mile from the main Hotel Zone, it was still convenient enough to get around with a short drive or taxi ride. If you’re looking for something a little quieter and away from the hustle and bustle, this is a great option. There are also a few nice restaurants just down the street, offering good choices for a relaxing meal without having to head into the busy areas. Overall, it’s a great spot for a peaceful getaway with easy access to the excitement of Cancun when you want it!

A quaint eclectic Boutique style Bed & Breakfast. Yes! Breakfast cooked daily, reasonably priced & a great garden setting. Our room was small (Petite) but clean, quiet and comfy bed. We had to go into the Lobby to get wifi. 15min walk to Centre Hotel zone.

Out of the way nest to decompress

Loved being in an isolated location not far from all the action. This place is not for those who crave all the amenities that Cancun hotels are known for. If you just need a quiet place to sleep each night before exploring the area each day, this is perfect

This was our second time staying at this property, and we had a wonderful experience as before. Host James, his wife and rest of the staff were very welcoming and made us feel like family (we were traveling with our 4 yr old, the property is very kid and family friendly). Everything was great only issue was the breakfast, I was charged for the breakfast at the end not knowing I had to pay. On Expedia it say breakfast as part of the inclusion but I was told by the staff that it’s an option, if consumed we must pay.
