The staff was very friendly and attentive. The property was clean and conveniently located next to the ferry and bus stop. I wish the property offered more entertainment and amenities that accommodate more people and different interests. Also, sharing the week's itinerary at check-in would have been a good way to inform guests about the amenities. Dinner options and reservations were limited. We traveled with friends and family and were not able to enjoy meals together. Better descriptions and pictures of the rooms are needed to understand the difference between one room and the other, and make an informed decision before booking a room at a higher price. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The people made the difference!

When I booked the hotel, they showed a photo of two spacious double beds. The image of the room appeared to be in excellent condition. The room I got was not ideal. It was next to the laundromat. I could hear running water nonstop, it was located next to the stage, where loud music was played at night. I was not impressed by the room I got. The bar provided basic brands, nothing of good quality. The rest was fine. The all-you-can-eat restaurants had a decent variety of foods. The people working there were very polite and friendly.

Great resort. Super friendly staff that makes everyone feel welcome. They will go above and beyond for each and every guest. Bartenders were friendly and accommodating to every drink request even when super busy. Good nightly shows with a lot of interaction.

The property was nice but the beach is limited and there is a ferry next door that is loud that comes and goes every hour. The facilities could use some updating and the shows as well. The food is ok.

Food was great, rooms were clean and stock everyday and the workers were extra attentive at all times. Only bad thing is at night time is boring they need a little club or dj not all people want to go to sleep.
