The property is very clean people cleaning at all hours of the day and night . I did not like a lot of things, especially being harassed to purchase a timeshare, there was a letter placed in our door about leaking water into the room below us, and they needed to do maintenance in a room for three hours. I feel that we should’ve been upgraded to a different room and this was not even a suggestion or anything was given for compensation of the inconvenience.
We were told that there was a shuttle that was going to a tequila tasting, jewelry shop, and two hours at the mall. This was deceiving as we went to a cheap gift shop not a mall. We would not have gone and wasted our time. As we wanted to go to an actual shopping mall with more than one store.
Upon checkout Josue could not get the card reader to work and we were in a hurry for airplane just took an extra amount of time and it ended up having cash for the spa services they were extremely overpriced. I feel if he couldn’t get the card reader working after 20 minutes then it should’ve been his issue after he tried more than one card reader. The spa services I received I did not feel were enough treatment on my face for the facial. I definitely feel that the hotel did not care about all this.
