WOW! I'd like to start by saying I've vacationers at very nice all inclusive resorts in Cancun and Puerto Vallarta previously, but they don't even come close to the experience I had with Ocean Coral and Turquesa. I work for the Better Business Bureau, and spent 8 days as a single mom here with my 12 year old daughter. I have never felt so safe, genuinely loved, protected, and absolutely spoiled before in my life! Right from the start- Daniel at the front desk checked us in and my daughter instantly had a new bestie (he even upgraded us to an ocean view room free of charge)! The room itself was clean, huge, and the balcony was huge as well. It was always cleaned and restocked promptly. The Food OH MY GOODNESS! Everything was so fresh and the flavors (my daughter didn't even know grapes and watermelon had seeds until this trip). However, the staff is really what elevated this experience the most! Carol and Samantha always greeted us with genuine warm smiles and asking what our plans were for the day as they walked us to our table and pulled out our chairs - being a single mom - this is the first time my daughter really got to experience what "being treated like a lady" feels like. And I cannot send enough thanks or hugs to Luis and Deisy! They were always encouraging my daughter to test her Spanish skills with them and teaching her new words - they even brought her special mexican bows for "international child day".

Place was very nice and perfect for a quick getaway. Very different vibes at each pool which works great for whatever type of day you are looking for. Try to make a reservation at every restaurant, the Mexican restaurant is on the list as first come first serve but when we arrived they said we needed a reservation. It got sorted out so it wasn’t a big deal. The gym is open all day. We plan on coming back again with the kids. The kids area was bigger than expected

The atmosphere was very laid back. There were more than enough chairs at the pool and beach every day. Unfortunately the seaweed was a bit much but that’s Mother Nature- the ocean was still beautiful! The food was very good and plenty to choose from. The only thing that would be nice is if you could get more than two beers per day in your refrigerator. We asked and they said you only get two a day. Other than that it was a perfect beautiful resort and vacation

Absolutely loved our stay here! Just came back from celebrating our wedding anniversary here & kept saying how much we’d love to bring our kids (aged 27 thru 20) back! Staff was super friendly (from check in, to servers, to hospitality) Always greeting us with a smile, a buenos dias or buenas noches. Majority of the staff are bilingual so no issues there. Swim up pool bartenders Gustavo, Antonio & crew were awesome!! Had our drinks ready for us as we approached!! The Blue Crew activities team hyped you up for pool aerobics/zumba, volleyball or Marco Polo. The music by swim up bar pool was always on point. If you opted for quieter space they had another large pool (no swim up bar) equally as nice & a 3rd pool for little kids with slides. Plenty of food options & restaurants to choose from. You definitely don’t go hungry here! I would like to point out that on our shared shuttle to this hotel we stopped at other hotels to let people off & those hotels were mammoth!! Sooo happy we choose Ocean Coral & Turquesa!! Felt like we really got the attention we wanted. Would book again in a heartbeat <3

The staff have not been trained for problem solving, in fact one issue I tried to get answer about, was remained unanswered until I left. Guest service was really poor. Samuel just repeated one sentence over and over without any help and understanding.

I found the to be resort clean, and had friendly staff. The food had lots of options and buffets were great. It was nice to have a small cafe and an ice cream parlor. The pool was maintained nicely. I went to April and at that time, the beaches had algae/seaweed. However, in the mornings, a small tractor would come by to clean up the algae/seaweed. The beaches were clean enough that we can go into the water. Also, the resorts had the a la cart restaurants. However, they booked up fast for reservation and at times we were not able to secure it. Overall, a really great resort!

My name is Chris White, I paid for Shelby's room in 9205 and mine in 9207. The bed in 9207 is kind of collapsing on one side, and the mattress needs to be rotated or removed. The mini fridge in there barely cools, too. My daughter is vegan and a lot of the foods in the buffet she normally can eat was covered in cheese, so she couldn't eat them. Having more vegan options would be better. This is my third or fourth time staying at the resort and I will be back.

Very cute resort! Everything was within a few minutes walk. There are elevators available for those with accessability needs. Staff was friendly, and there was a lot of mocktail options which was nice. We were not super impressed with the a la carte restaurants but the buffet was decent.

The resort is clean and nice. It is our second time stay there after 14 years, and I can tell there are more restrictions and the staff is not as eager to please the tourists as before. Food at the buffet was good as there are many options to choose from. From the a-la-carte restaurants, we liked only the Sensai because the chefs did perform while cooking our food. The rest of the restaurants do not worth the time of booking. The staff around Beso pool and bistro were very nice and attentive. Overall, it seems to me it was quite overpriced for what it was offered.

Our first time being in Mexico and experiencing an all inclusive resort. We liked that the resort was a 20 min drive from the airport. Close to the Xoximilco Park by Xcaret and Grand Outlet Riviera Maya Mall. Lobby and lounge area is really nice. Staff was friendly and helpful if we had any questions or concerns. Buffet has lots of variety however lacks flavour so we found ourselves eating what we liked and got tired of it eventually. If you got the general all inclusive package then you had access to about 7 restaurants for dinner. Some a la carte dishes were good. Our favourite was the lamb rack at Blue Moon. There's an American diner called Route 66 that serves late night snacks from 10PM-6AM. There's a crocodile enclosure on the property. Beach was nice, sargassum (seaweed) was on shore and the staff would try their best to clean it up everyday. Overall, not a bad stay for our first time.
