⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our honeymoon started off a little bumpy—we had to advocate for ourselves to get a few things sorted—but once that was handled, everything completely turned around. The resort was beautiful, the staff were so kind and attentive, and the food… was incredible. Every meal felt like such a treat, and we’re still talking about it. Once we settled in, it truly felt like a dream trip. So many special memories made, and we’re so glad we chose this spot to celebrate the beginning of our marriage.

ROOMS: Stayed in Junior Suit Ocean View. Very putdated. Room was spaceus, however, old and unkept. Bathrooms are big as well but somehow not practical and no privacy, there is only a thin curtain in the washing area, the toilet and shower have doors but they are small. CLEANLINESS: Somewhat clean, but dirt has build up over the years and it is noticeable, especially in the bathrooms. STAFF: Very nice, helpful and accommodating. LOCATION: Hotel was on a good location and it had nice beach area, However, before booking make sure the beach is clean. During our stay there was way too much seaweed. The beach was unusable and it smelled really bad. BUFFET/ Restaurants The buffet was nice different viraety of foods. It tasted good. The only thing was that to enter the buffet you have to wait to be seated and if it was around 7pm the line could get long. The other thing was that the AC didn't always work and it got very hot and unpleasant. There are 2 restaurants that were on first come first serve basis however you have to be there once they open up otherwise during dinner time you have no chance to get a table. The restaurants with reservation you have to make the reservation the day of at 8 am, however, almost every time when I tried to make a reservation by 8:01 there were bi more seats available. You have to go to service desk and show them you tried to book and were unable and maybe they can find you seats but most times if you couldn't book through the app you don't ge

Our check in process was easy and we got special perks for being on our honeymoon. The property was clean and well taken care of but is a little dated. The food was fantastic and I love that you can eat at all the restaurants as part of the all inclusive package. The drinks were strong and there were a good variety. We only had one bad experience where a waiter forgot about us and we waited for our entree for over an hour before he remembered. After bringing our food he asked our dessert order three times because he kept forgetting. This was the only negative experience and otherwise we were so happy with our experience!!

We really enjoyed our stay the room we stay in was a garden view on the first floor and was conveniently located in the middle of all the restaurants and the lobby. Specific A la cartes were amazing and the buffet was good too. The best was Mikes coffee shop it always came in handy in the morning and at night. And the service was so fast there. Main thing that was a concern was the beach and the seaweed. There was so much and it was there our entire stay. I am aware this cannot be foreseen and did not account for this in my score. I would come here again.

Also the food specially at the buffet … how can you guys run out of some condiments and not allow to refill the stations ??? Is a nice dated resort but it was kept clean checking in was a little rough offer upgrades for our 4 rooms got there 10 am at 3 pm our rooms weren’t ready and then after going back and forward they wanted to downgrade our rooms to get them on time we refused then they gave us 2 that were ready and he other 2 we have to wait until 5 Pm carrying 2 young kids was a hassle my room the AC never were below 22 degrees Celsius, they replenish your minibar just once a day with limited items otherwise you have to pay extra. The swimming bar pool was quite dirty sand all over the bottom. Main pool was good and the kids pool as well. Hands up for the kids club girls they took very good care of my daughter she loved it. Drinks were ok staff is good also. We had a good time but I would not be back to this resort

It's too bad it was "high seaweed season" and were unable to swim in the ocean, not to mention super stinky! Not the resort's fault, though. The staff worked their butts off, but were just understaffed for the amount of people, so service was a little slow sometimes, or a cranky bartender (by the main, family pool). I put my "Do not dosturb" sign on my door 1 day, and then did not recieve turn down service for the next 2 days until I had to go to the front desk to specifically ask for it. The app for dinner reservations did not work on my phone so I had to go to Guest Services each day to make reservations. The "highest demand/best" restaurant was not that great - overcooked everything, and seemed like they were rushing you out for the next seating. Not a "great" experience, but just ok.
