I really liked Oh! Cancun hotel. The room was nice and very clean. I especially like the shower. The amenities were great and the staff was super friendly. The bar had 2 for 1 cocktails every evening. The location was great for downtown Cancun and near everything. I highly recommend.

The breakfasts were very good and room is spacious, especially the location is very convenient, buses are outside of the hotel for days trips.

The room was clean, good ameneties but i think the bathroom bowl has some plumbing issues because theres some smell coming out even it was just cleaned by the housekeeping. And also , maybe next time they need t reply when u send them a message . I book thru cheap tickets and upon booking i message the property that my bf is coming with me from the other country. Apparently they charged me for extra person. I wouldnt book it if they dont allow it and replied to my message .

Security thinking I wasn't part of the hotel after 5 days of staying onsite. Tried to stop me entry into my room. I wore a band provided by hotel and showed identification but still needed to confirm with other security memebers on radios.

Staff was very attentive and courteous, room had everything we needed and whenever they did housekeeping they made sure we were well accommodated. Breakfast was delicious as well as the café in the entrance. Swimming pool/hot tubs were amazing. Would definitely recommend and/or stay here again.

NOT ON THE BEACH. Half of the pictures are fake because this is not on the beach. The poolside bar doesn’t open until almost 12pm, there’s no poolside service. And you probably won’t be able to get a day pass to their sister resort if it’s busy. Also I had to go downstairs and request a blanket because they only put 2 sheets on the bed and thought that was enough. You will not have a good view of anything from your room.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and my room Had just a shower and it was great, nice water pressure and hot water, which is not normal for Mexico. The buffet was decent, just repetitive.

Nothing promoted was available. Chromecast was out of service, room service not available, and beach access pass not available. I felt like I got cheated for what I paid. I checked out and flew home two days early. Terrible experience I wouldn’t recommend.
