Property was nice and always clean. Staff are friendly and often greets guest. The food is great and the staff in Isla Mujeres always have warm greetings, specially Adriana, very nice lady. Enjoyed the night parties, just one comment, should be in English please. Also, may We request for slippers in the bedroom. I would highly recommend the place to my friends.

Very good hotel for family, the room service is great, and so much variety of food, the swimming pool is great and the beach is very nice. Only one point on the room, as family we dont like to have a window between the shower and bedroom as people in the room can see through who is showering.

The property was very beautiful staff very friendly. Only downside is it’s far from downtown Cancun so you will have to use a taxi to get places

The hotel is on the developing area too much far from the parks and interesting areas to visit around Cancun. It is too big with to many people. Restorants, pools and entertaiment areas are not enough. Cloud and noisy everywhere.
