This resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff was attenuative and the food selection was wonderful; unlike other resorts we have stayed at. The check in was an issue. We uploaded all the information, passports, room assignments, etc. before coming. Had to resubmit it all and the room assignments were incorrect, wouldn't allow a change. Almost all the rooms are facing the ocean.

The staff are very nice and attentive. The food was good. The beach was amazing. The transport from the hotel to the airport was helpful and it saved us money. We loved it.

The staff seem rude at times when you didn’t leave a tip. There were times when I didn’t have cash and ask for a drink and they would chat with each other about us not leaving a tip. It seemed very rude. They didn’t know I spoke Spanish

The room was beautiful! love the tub inside. We loved all the amenities, coffee bar, Italian restaurant, and the buffet was always delicious! The staff all around was excellent! I am glad I did a spa service as well!

Room was nice..beds are not comfortable though rooms have very thin walls and you can hear everything in the halls. Staff and drinks are amazing! However the food was just ok.. Riu las americas was way better

We had the best stay at RIU palace! The food was exceptional - the Buffet was our favorite. The staff wore gloves and followed cleanliness. the rooms were spotless, clean, modern! We'll definitely be staying here again next time we visit Cancun!

Newer, modern resort with a beautiful beach. All of the staff were very polite and attentive. The drinks and food were all amazing. This resort is also across from the La Isla mall which has plenty of dining/shopping options. This resort definitely isnt a party resort but they offer a shuttle to Riu Cancun where Riu has most of their large parties at night. Would definitely stay again!

Room was well prepared and maintained during our stay. Restaurant choices were good and food was good. Buffet was excellent. Beaches were absolutely top rated with lots of chairs, trees and umbrellas as well as a very attentive staff. Overall the staff was amazing and really seemed to be enjoying their jobs with big smiles and friendly hello’s. With only a couple of exceptions in the lobby bar, lobby snack area, towel service and lounge bar. Throughout the restaurants and around pools and beach the staff was outstanding. Would definitely return here on our next Cancun trip.

I can’t say enough how much my fiancé and I enjoyed our stay. The food was better than what you would expect from an all inclusive with a great variety of options. I will be missing my omelette and cappuccino I had every morning. The staff was amazing, amazing bartenders, waiters, and entertainment staff. I wish they offered some more activities/amenities, but otherwise all was well.
