This is all inclusive was the best I stayed at in a while. The food was amazing. The service was absolutely awesome. Make sure you upgrade to the elite club. You have your own dining options at breakfast and dinner. The dining options were plentiful. The bartenders at all the bars knew how to make a great drink. I love the fact that when you got to the beach, they set up cheers a table and an umbrella wherever you want it. The view from my room was absolutely perfect.

The property has one of the best beaches that I have visited and I have been to many. I visited the Asian, steak and Mexican restaurants and they were good. The buffets and coffee did not hit the spot. I think there should be a bar by the elite pool with more activities and the room we had was nice with views. I will come back and try other Riu Palace properties.

The staff at this property were extremely welcoming, polite and friendly I would’ve loved this hotel if it wasn’t for 3 things. 1 the food wasn’t that great, the dessert was horrible and I’ll give the food and drinks a 5/10. We stayed in the elite club and I’m glad we did because it gave us access to better drinks and slightly better food. 2 whatever detergent they use gave me an allergic reaction causing me to be on Zyrtec the entire trip. They do not use hypoallergenic detergents and could do nothing for me, they need to use better unscented products on their sheets. 3 every sheet and robe I got was either purple stained or dirty and that is unacceptable. I did like being in the elite club as it was honored at all the riu resorts we were given access to.

The hotel is clean and in a great location. I ate at the Mexican restaurant, the buffet, via room service, and at the pool. Besides the buffet the service was extremely slow. The staff were all very friendly and were working hard but I think the hotel is understaffed which I think is why the service was so slow.

We loved the fact that we could walk to La Isla mall and nice restaurants in less that 5 min. The resort was kept very clean and the staff members were very pleasant. One of the best buffet setups I've been to and the food was always fresh.

Some of the theme restaurants were not great but overall happy with the food. Buffet was excellent and the elite club restaurant was really good. Best alcohol selection over other Riu’s in other countries!!!

This resort was so clean, and the staff were absolutely wonderful!! The food was also the best we’ve had at a resort in Cancun!! The ocean was pretty rough, so I didn’t go in it much. There could have been more games at the pool area. The evening shows and bands were OK.
