We love the hotel but the rooms were very dirty even though every day they came to clean still was not clean very well. The floor was super dirty. The sheets were dirty. There was a spot on the sheets every day overall, the buffet was amazing.we love the food

The mattress was not the best. My friends safe Room 212, was inoperable. Stairs coming down from 2nd. Floor to Lobby Dirty. Some staff members were not happy, but a few were very helpful. Lobster was very small and didn’t have flavor. No shuttle (terrible for Riu), maintenance issues with the elevator.

The pool area design was nice and gave plenty of options on different types of pools, The way the rocky bluffs on the beach gave areas a bit of seclusion and made me feel like I had my own beach. The hotel was kept up and clean, the staff was friendly.

Some of the restaurants weren’t open. The room wasn't cleaned, I even had to call front desk 3 f the days I was there to come clean my room. On the last day I had sheets that smelled like pee. Celestino at the swim up bar told me everyday there were out of Patron Reposado, I went to front desk and complained and she told me they have patron to go back to the bar only for me to go back and be told they dont have any more patron. You pay for all inclusive just to get limited services. They promised they’d do the birthday decor and tequila shots in my room for my birthday but didnt. I went to front desk and she told me they did do it after I instructed her it wasn’t done she told me “I really dont know what to tell you because they said they did do it” as if I was lying about it. The food is nasty! The food in the sports bar sits out all day uncovered without being changed out after so long. The overall experience was horrible. Ive stayed at plenty of RIUs and NEVER had this experience! I will never visit this location again.

Food and services was excellent as usual. We had a great time except for the extremely loud noisy music coming from the other RIU hotel (bass was extremely high). This was unnecessary and not enjoyable. I understand that that hotel has parties but it does not have to be too loud. Not everybody likes loud music when they come to vacation. I talked to the person in charge of the party and he said it was planned. We may have to think about another hotel in the future :/. Sad because we like RIU

Many pools, courteous staff, ample beach lounges, entertainment, and a good variety of restaurants were only part of the greatness of our trip. I would be remiss to not mention the great photography team located in one of the gift shops. We had three photo sessions that resulted in advertising quality photos. So much fun.

We had a wonderful and fun 4 day stay at this place from 9/18-9/21 in room 2313. We enjoyed it with friends and it was a lot of fun. They had live bands singing, dance show, or pink color party etc. they have many pools, beach volleyball court, hammocks, the beach as well and more. My husband and I got treated like royalty starting from the cleaning personnel to waitress or waiter. We had the opportunity of dining at this exclusive restaurant we had in our area and Alejandro and Marina treated us like royalties. I honestly will say that at first I thought it would be too expensive but once I was there with my husband we saw why. It was well worth it for an all inclusive hotel. Definitely coming back again soon! Thank you DG

I loved everything , except the receptionist andy. I feel she was very rude, as if she was taking out her personal issues on us. Even my other guests that came with me, felt she was very dissmissive. I will next time ask for someone else. She didnt provide us with information or talk o us like the last times we stayed at the riu. No welcome no, greeting, no nothing. I was going to complain but. I was tired and wanted the rooms.
