1-Waited 30 minutes to request a drink at the
swim up bar, we left with no drink.
2-The bars only had cheap licor.
3-The restaurants current system doesn’t work- there no reservations so we waited 3 hours to get in the steak house.
4- long lines everyday at all the restaurants ( no reservations allowed)
The main issue we had was the emergency alarm going off 3 nights in a row, the first two nights was followed by a false alarm announcement. Third night at 5 am we were evacuated but there was a chaos because there are no stairs sign, nobody knew where the stairs were, we started opening doors until we found the door to the stairs. Nobody from the hotel was outside directing people, after going down 10 floors other guests told us that it was another false alarm ( hotel staff was nowhere to be found)
This was our first time taking the whole family to a RIU, we praised them before and now I am very disappointed.
