I was very disappointed by the staff's lack of service. They gave attitude every time you needed something or wanted a drink. I traveled with 12 Adults to celebrate my birthday and eveyone was disappointed in some way or the other by the service.My room temperature was hot throughout my entire stay for 6 days and the lack of air-conditioning through out the entire facility was unbearable. To reserve dining was like pulling teeth. Nothing was easily available for an all inclusive. The restaurants closes at odd times. The front desk staff was very rude and made fun of some of the guests while I watched, waiting for my room. The concierge act like you are bothering them and very vague with answering your questions. Everything was about money yet my party spent well over $40,000 U.S. for this trip. Bottle water was not easily available and when asked, that was also an issue, housekeeping was good and attentive. Overall, Very disappointed as this was my 1st all inclusive vacation. I will be contacting corporate to file an official complaint.

This property is a MUST when visiting Cancun! The staff is exemplary-entertainment is phenomenal, and above the resort is always clean and well kept. One of the BEST resorts in the “hotel zone”-hands down.
