Very friendly and helpful staff who responded quickly whenever I needed assistance. The rooms are spacious, which worked well for the kids to move around comfortably. The food was also good. I would have rated the stay five stars if the room had included a desk and chair for work. Otherwise, everything was good.

Great place to stay with friendly staff. The only issue I encountered was that they charged my card an extra $148 without my permission. This amount was not the required tax that was paid separately. Be cautious pls!

The bathroom had a sewage bad smell where I have to stop my breath whenever I choose to use the bathroom. The hotel also charged my card at the end of my stay without my permission and said the money I pay at the check in was incorrect and I had to pay more. They went ahead and charge my card without my knowledge or permission. That is theft! The worst hotel ever and they are racist!

The draining system in the room needed work i had to call 4 times to have the toilet unclogged the sink was backed up and do was the shower i requested a room change but they insist i keep calling which was very annoying the receptionist even suggested i put booboo tissue if i had to booboo in the trash can as she advised the tissue they use is not flushable which is very dumb why buy tissue u cant flush the suggestion was disgusting by the way, the amenities changed from 3 years ago so i could not use the jacuzzi as i was not a member i will not be back and i really wanted to bring my kids next month

I had a great stay! What really stood out to me was how clean and comfortable the room was. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities were well-maintained and easy to access. Overall, everything came together to make the stay smooth and enjoyable.

Had another great stay at the hotel. It was clean and the pool was great! Only note is that the mini golf course and zipline for the kids was not open and there were no shows during our stay. Otherwise, great value!
