Loved the views from pool and room. Their restaurants have good options for everyone and there is lineup for food. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only the washrooms need some help as flushing doesn’t work in one go. Property is lil dated when it comes to washrooms and rooms but that the views of the beach from the pools are so good that you forget about minor things. Overall I have no concerns and will come back again. Fully recommended to families. The best part is the 7 pm show time.

My family and I had a great time. Javier, Jakeline and Sugey treated us like we were family. The workers were very friendly. My 14 yr old is a very picky eater and he loved that there were food optiond for him such as burgers and hotdogs by the pool and in the restaurants. The Italian restaurant had really good pizza and the beef dish tasted amazing. I really liked the ribs at the Japanese place. The buffet had alot of options i just wish they had bacon. My 14 yr old loved the slide and so did myself and my my partner. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The pools were a little to cold for me but i adjusted to it while we were playing volleyball in the pool with Adrian. Adrian is also great. The beach is just a few steps away from the hotel and the water is breathtaking. Overall we had a great experience and i definitely would love to come back again.

We liked everything very much, delicious food, theater, restaurants, swimming pools, seas nearby, alcohol :), everyone is very nice, nice room, comfortable bed, excursions. But we didn't like the very cold water in the water park, the children got sick at the end of the vacation, high temperature, cough, runny nose, recommendation to heat up the children's water park.

Beautiful property very cute friendly! The only issues we had were at the elevators didn’t work all the time and that was obnoxious. We were thankful we were only on the second floor and not the 12th.
