Only thing I liked was MTS being at the property and them not trying to scam me into buying a 82k subscription like how the agency Infinity Luxury Travels did. Everything was “all inclusive “ but yet workers from hotel would still try to find a way to charge money for things.

The moment I check in to the resort Abner the front desk person. Comfort us and we’ll come to the happiness. My daughter sweet 16 birthday that’s why we went to the Cancun. I arrange everything before but “Abner the front desk person” was on touch via email and arrange everything. I am so glad that I had choose seadust resort for my daughter birthday. Once again thank you so much Abner for helping us and make it memorable trip for us

Close to the airport is the only plus, extremely hot everywhere. No AC in the hotel except for maybe 2 restaurants, and your room. The buffet area, lobby and elevators feel like an oven. We spent the whole trip sweaty. It’s one thing to be hot but you would like to enjoy your meal in a cool space. Been to a lot of different hotels in the hotel zone and this is one we will not be returning to or recommending.

There was a water park with slides for the kids, game room with air hockey, multiple xbox, board games, etc., and also different activities for the kids. There's also ziplining, mini golf, and basketball but we never made it to those. Most of the restaurants arent open all day. The buffet is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Mexican restaurant is only open for lunch. The steak restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. All the others are only open for dinner starting at 6. Also sometimes the wait times are long butnyou can put your name on the list and go back. Theres also a shop that has fruit, sandwiches, etc that seemed to be open throughout the day and also a burger, pizza, hot dog spot by the pool. I didnt like my outside view from the balcony but thats not why I chose this place. The water, juice, sodas were restocked daily with whatever we wanted. The pools on the beach side were 3 infinity pools. The bartenders knew my drink by the 2nd day lol. To get towels at the pool you have to give them a card and when you return the towel they give you the card back. They didnt give us cards upon checkin so I had to go back to the front desk to get them. If you dont return the cards when checking out they charge you $30. Seats were scarce if you waited or you could go after 2 & the morning crowd was leaving. I expected the seaweed on the beach. Some places it's more than others. This isnt my 1st time in Cancun. All in all it was a good resort to bring the family.

It was our first time staying at an all inclusive and it was an okay experience. The pools were packed, never found chairs, and water was murky. The food was average. The drinks were watered down and could never taste the alcohol. The beds were hard and had a sore neck but the massage services helped. The great things the hotel had was the service the staff provided. They would go out of their way to make sure we were good and had what we needed. I liked the performances they would bring such as mariachis, salsa dancers, Cuban group, and kid performers such as Poppy and Paw Patrol.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Drinks are pretty good. Food sucks. Except the food outside, by the pool area. The BBQ chicken was awesome. Kids pool area is pretty good. Same with the pool area by the beach. House keeping was pretty good. The infinity travel membership is annoying. I recommend you do it so you can get a $4-$6 hundred dollar voucher. And a free breakfast at the "members only" dine in. As long as you can stomach the 2 hour sales pitch and just say no at the end. Overall, not a bad place to stay for the price.

Employees for the most part were always unfriendly, and a couple of them were even rude. WiFi mostly did not work for the 4 days I stayed here. Food was very low quality (I get it, it’s a resort) but I’m talking about undercooked food, very low variety and little to no beverages. Not all of the bars at the hotel served alcohol (very ironic). Restaurants were very poor quality, same food offered at the buffet is what they serve in the restaurants. Elevators did not work most of the time, they were all crowded or out of service. Facility overall looks old; moldy. Use this information as you will. I love Cancun and I love Mexico and I have never experienced anything similar to this before. I recommend looking elsewhere if you’re planning on vacationing in Cancun!

The resort has potential but i would not stay again. First impression is that the whole place is extremely hot and uncomfortable. A lot of areas and restaurants are unavailable without paying for an upgrade membership. The food was very limited and not that good. I had a fun time because I met some nice people, but the resort needs lots of updates. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low

We arrived at this property early around 12:30pm, check in is at 3, there was a queue to get to the check in desk and it was undercover but no air conditioning which made it uncomfortable. Our room wasn’t going to be ready until 3pm, so it meant waiting around a bit which is expected. We gave our belongings to the bell boys they wanted all the items inside our bags which was a bit difficult they accepted my plane pillow attached round my case. We were welcomed into a room to be greeted by our Expedia representative. This was a nice air conditioned room and we were offfered a drink, and explained a bit about the hotel. He mentioned about if we had read any bad reviews he would put our mind at ease, which I thought was an odd comment but appreciated the transparency. We then went to the beach for a few hours until our room was ready, we went back around 2:30 and it wasn’t and managed to get checked in around 2:55, they said they needed to clean and then sanitise the room. When we got in the room I didn’t really like it my partner was like this is really nice but I think it was the initial view he saw. On closer inspection the shower and the bathroom area was very dark and dingy, and reminded us of a locker room. There was an old bar of soap stuck to the side of the jacuzzi, so it didn’t feel as clean as it was made out to have been with the sanitisation process. All the mini bar was free but you had to make sure you didn’t put the dnd on, however the three days we spent there
