There is good and bad about the Seascape. First the staff were fantastic (bar one grumpy waiter that seemed in a bad mood every day), the beach is spectacular and our rooms were great (although we did upgrade). That said, in our 4 rooms, most plug sockets didn't work. Maybe think about replacing them?
My issue with the pool area is it was a constant hub of noise and chaos. Activities go on through the day which makes the pool busy and overcrowded. Sometimes, some peace would be nice. Ideally, a second/third pool would solve the issues.
The restaurants were ok, the buffet was on the whole great, but the Italian, Asian, Grill, Mexican had highlights on one visit and were poor on another. Needs consistency.
The bar! By night you can't hear yourself think because of the constant shows/music. I get that this is an important part of an all-inclusive, but you need to separate it from the main bar and allow people to have a drink and a conversation if they so wish.
Finally, VIP room on 6 should be open way later than 10pm.
Really enjoyed my stay and the good outweighed the bad, but there are definitely things to work on
