For the most and obvious spots........yes, the room was very clean. I have a hoteling background so have a habit of running my fingers long less obvious areas which didn't quite pass the test but the washrooms were very clean and so were the rooms. The staff are helpful, grounds spotless, entertainment EXCELLENT and a la carte options great. Best of all there was no limit to the number of times you could eat at one restaurant so make sure you get early to the Grill @ Sunset location. It never disappoints. Beach chairs plentiful and white trampoline like sand along the shore. Bus services into town plentiful and the people incredibly kind. Certainly a destination spot to return to.........thank you Sunscape team for a memorable vacation!

The Sunscape resort in Cancun is excellent! Every single staff member we encountered had a warm greeting for us always! This is an outstanding hallmark of your resort. Our oceanfront room was absolutely. PERFECT! We could hardly believe the amazing view from our balcony and how close we were on the beach. We rented a beach cabana for the entire day and what a great idea that is… Perfect location, great homebase for your beach activities, and great amenities from a delightful beach attendant! The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious and again, the most gracious and kind staff always present! The front desk staff were super welcoming and helpful. Great gift shop and love the 24 hour café. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My wife and I had a great experience at Sunscape resort. The resort and room were clean and well maintained and the food quality and selection we're better than we expected! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. Special shoutout to Armando in the 6th floor lounge, Orlando at the Sunset Grill and Pedro who ran the daily entertainment. We really appreciated all they did to make the trip fun and memorable. We'd definitely stay here again.

Room was nice, but had trouble with shower. We were on the first floor and found it noisy very late into the night. Overall, the place was super clean and staff were outstanding. Nice location with local bus stop($1fare) to area shopping and attractions

The staff are wonderful very helpful always smiling, they deserve to be taken care of, definitely they need a raise or compensation because they made everything agreable at the resort. If something os broken dirty or not satisfactory when you see it again there is always someone taking care of it right away with a smile . Definitely will recommend this place again and I already did 3 couples will be booking this hotel soon

The whole staff was courteous, our room was clean and supplied with drinks. Never waited for an elevator with five working always. Great view from our room. Plenty to eat and several places to choose from.

The food far exceeded our expectations. The resort was clean and the staff friendly and responsive. Activities were also fun. Very family friendly so if kids bother you this might not be for you because the hallways could be noisy at times. We had a great experience at Sunscape and we plan to return.
