Amazing Resort. Best place to stay. Good was amazing. Staff were so friendly, hector, Kiko and Carlos were such an amazing people. Other staff members in the restaurant were all so nice. They all went above and beyond to make sure everything on my birthday is Perfect. Super nice people. Like family. This resort is recommended to stay. Rooms were so clean and oceanfront view omg worth every penny

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Mon premier voyage au Mexique – expérience inoubliable ! 🇲🇽🌴 C’était ma première fois au Mexique et honnêtement… j’ai adoré ! L’hôtel était magnifique et l’expérience a dépassé mes attentes. J’ai déjà hâte d’y retourner. Tous les restaurants étaient délicieux, mais mes coups de cœur ont été : 🍽️ le restaurant mexicain, 🍝 le restaurant italien, 🔥 et en troisième place, le grill extérieur avec vue sur la mer — une expérience incroyable, surtout le premier jour ! Le personnel était d’une gentillesse exemplaire : toujours souriant, serviable et prêt à aider. Ils nous ont même aidés avec les valises. Mention spéciale à Melchor, au restaurant mexicain, pour son service exceptionnel — il m’a donné envie d’y retourner deux fois ! Et un grand merci aussi au manager Esteban Padudé, très professionnel et attentif à tout. Les chambres étaient impeccables, toujours bien nettoyées, avec une attention aux détails. Nous avions une chambre avec jacuzzi et vue splendide sur la mer — vraiment le rêve. S’il y a un petit point à améliorer, ce serait d’avoir un peu plus d’activités à l’hôtel et que le bar ouvre plus tôt (il ouvre vers 11h). Mais honnêtement, c’est vraiment pour dire quelque chose, car tout le reste était parfait. Les boissons étaient bonnes, certaines bars avaient de meilleurs cocktails que d’autres, mais globalement, tout était top. Bref, 5 nuits de pur bonheur, un service impeccable, un endroit splendide et des gens adorables. Je recommande à 100 %

Rooms were clean. Service was great. No scamming, no staffs hanging around for tips. Overall it was a great experience. Cesar at front desk was super friendly along with all other staffs. Special mention goes to Alejenrdo and Felix. Also the Italian restaurant was a gem and the buffet spread was also too good with lots of fresh food options. I would give 10/10 for this experience.

Gift shop definitely over charges for simple items. Go elsewhere to shop. Room service also charges $10 delivery fee, hotel for an all inclusive still tries to get over on people. Better to stay at breathless and get the true all inclusive experience

We requested a beach front view and we got pool side view and in order to get what we where told we where going to get we had to pay an aditional $400. The room was exactly the same, nothing special not even what was in the mini bar. Food was mediocre, the buffet food was horrible everything was stayle,hard and overcooked. The menu discriptions of the food was inaccurate. The taxies over charge you by tripple the price. All the pools closes at 8pm. Not much entertainment going on either. The only bar that was open late was like going to your local sports bar. Norhing open to eat if you come back to your hotel past 9:30pm.

One of the best resorts in Cancun! The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and hardworking — they truly make you feel welcome. The resort offers multiple restaurants with delicious buffet options and a great variety of dishes. Everything from the food to the service exceeded expectations.
