I had an alarming and unsafe experience at this hotel that I feel compelled to share. When we checked in around 9 PM, we were given a room that was already occupied—someone else had checked into the same room earlier that day at 3 PM. We walked in to find their personal belongings, including passports and other valuables, still inside. This was a major security and privacy breach. To make matters worse, the hotel staff did not take appropriate action to rectify the situation for either party. Rather than ensuring our safety and privacy, they simply moved both parties to separate rooms—directly next to each other. Given the confusion and potential for confrontation, this was another serious safety risk. There was no apology, no compensation, and no real concern shown by the staff for what could have been a very dangerous situation. This experience made us feel incredibly unsafe and unsettled during our stay. I strongly urge others to be cautious when considering this hotel, as this type of negligence is unacceptable.

Beautiful resort but there was sargassum in the water so that was a bummer. My wife didn’t know that it was a topless resort and didn’t like the feeling that owls were looking at her everywhere she turned. Nice place but not for me.

Wow Temptaions ! What a time ! What happens there and what’s seen there stays there. Very clean property. Great breakfast buffet . We are at the steak house and loved it . The property is kept up very very well. Everyone is so welcoming and inviting . There’s a quiet pool to recover and relax away from the mayhem . Tips to the hotel : you need a late night snack place besides room service . You also need to work the bathroom design out better . It’s way too dangerous and fall prone . The beach had too much seaweed . The drinks flow !!! Wear your pineapples

I like this hotel ... great vibes and energy . I have been there many times . They should had upgrade my room cause I have a VIP status and stayed there many times but they did not , they said no room was avaliable , which I know for a fact that was a GRANDE LIE. I might take my biz to another hotel .
