The room was okay, it wasn’t great. Shower valves were loose and would come off. Showers also leaked a lot of water when showering. Coffee machine didn’t work. Overall staff was great once checked in. The check in process is the worst. There is no order and you could be there first but because they take such a long time to check in the staff would call the other people that have just gotten there instead of guest that have been waiting longer. Each check in must of taken 30 min or longer. The property itself was very nice. Nice pools and bars. Buffets were amazing.

Room: stayed at the pyramid ocean front. 3328. It was in very outdated and looked like they did quick fixes on repairs . Comparable to a cheap motel. Doesn’t look like the photos online and not what you expect from “ premium”. The air blowing from the air conditioning smelled off mildew . The safe was broken kept giving an error message when you tried to set it up. The bed sheets had some kind of brown stains on it. The sink fixture came loose if you moved it. It was being held down by loose caulking. The tiles in the shower was mismatched . Dried paint dripping from on the floors and bathroom fixtures. You can tell the bathroom was quickly painted. The water pressure in the shower is very low and temperature goes from scalding hot to cold randomly

This is my 2nd stay . The room, the staff and the facilities are all very good. I really enjoy the variety and quality of the food available. The line to check in took 45 minutes.

the room was horrible we ask to change it and they ignored us. the bathroom was clog, we didn't have hot water to shower, the balcony door doesn't work, they didn't change the sheets before we got there it was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, we didn't receive our suitcase from the bellboy 4 hours later on the first day. the tv didn't work. the room was far they don't provide golf cart transportation. the food was horrible, DO NOT RECOMMEMDED LE BUFFETT to eat its bad.we spoke to everyone and no one made an effort to help. i would not recommend if you are black they are racist. they only cater to whites and hispanic only.

Clean room, great staff and variety of dinning. Whoever, the restaurants offer very expensive drinks only. The cheapest bottle of wine is $ 105 and up! This is way too much.

Don't arrive around checkout time, because nobody available to check in guests, as they are busy helping with check outs. I stood in line for 40 minutes with only 2 others ahead of me. The lady who checked us in did not offer any information about the hotel itself, although this was after the checkout rush. We walked around a bit and quickly realized that we should return to ask for a map. I am sure those folks work very hard, so it just slipped her mind. This is otherwise a great place for people of all ages. A lot to explore and a list of activities. I highly recommend The White Box for lunch. Most of the restaurants require a reservation for dinner, but we found out when we showed up. The room was clean and spacious. I would return here.

The ROOM HAD MOLD! On my first night without my child and baby I wanted a hot bath to find mold in the bathtub some parts of the room did too. There is no beach front, even when you purchase the VIP or upgrade from a grand oasis to the pyramid wristband, they only consider nice rooms and treatment if you buy it directly from them, not through agencies, they are very open to let you know that at check in & during your stay. The same way they only provide transportation if you book directly with them. The shows are nice & run every day expect for Sunday or if it rains because they are in the open. The other shows are in the restaurants if you have a reservation, I tried making restaurants reservation as soon as I arrived but couldn't pick because they were full, the lady was helpful and assigned what was available which much wasn't even up for debate. THE BLACK SENS IS CLOSED for construction as well as the Kinky bar isn't there no more as well as the casino, I tried making my reservation while was waiting for a room from 9AM when I arrived till 5PM when I received a room (because the check n is at 3pm & they prioritize the customers who book directly with them. The staff could not find my reservation because I booked with the agency & then couldn't find my check in I had to keep skipping the check in line to ask about room updates. I also had to prove that I paid by emailing my receipt and booking to the check person. There Is a fee for any amenity expect for beach and pool.

Nice view of the beach, but when sitting in the two chairs, the angled glass was quite frosted, so then there was no view. When we looked up from the beach, we saw maybe 50% were that way. Cleaning issue or salty air corrosion.

We chose this place for our first visit to Cancun for our 7 year anniversary. We arrived a bit early at 1 pm and were neglected by the staff who kept skipping over us because we didn’t speak Spanish. I finally got someone rude to help who said to come back at 3 pm for check in. We came back at 3 pm and were told a room wouldn’t be ready until 4:15 yet they gave rooms to people who came after us. AC wouldn’t turn off in room and was blowing moldy smelling air. I came home sick with a cold. I’m so disappointed it did enjoy the food and drinks and wait staff.
