This timeshare is hot! Escape the cold this Christmas season, and venture into the Mexican tropics!

Offering enough room for the entire family, this two-bedroom villa features 1,470 square feet of living space and provides all the comforts and conveniences of home. You’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a well-equipped kitchenette, separate living, dining, and sleeping areas, two bathrooms and two oceanfront balconies.

One bedroom has a private king bed and a living room with a sleeper sofa (sleeps 4 adults). The other room is a studio with a queen bed and sleeper sofa (sleeps 4 adults). This timeshare can sleep up to 8 people.

Other awesome features: whirlpool, private balcony, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pans, dishes, blender, the WORKS!

Watch the college football bowl games at the resort's sports bar while enjoying a Modelo and some nachos. Wine and dine at the two resort restaurants. Get some steaks and head to the grills.
