This was our sixth trip to Cancun and the Wyndham allure. It seems that every trip gets better and better wonderful food. Wonderful staff makes you feel right at home. Can’t say enough good things about it.

We have stayed at this Resort several times, it is located right on the Gulf of America. The beach is nice, food is good, staf is excellent. The only complaint we would have is one of the staff members constantly blows a whistle at the volleyball court distribute the entire Beach. That is really annoying other than that the place is a 10.

This is a very relaxing and chill property, very clean and overall well kept. It is a bit outdated; you can definitely tell there are some 'landlord specials' covering up some items that should probably just be replaced. Also wish the pool was a bit bigger as it gets pretty packed. However, the beach is beautiful and taken care of. Good resort if your main focus is to relax and enjoy the beach. Extra points for having their own mini Cancun sign!

We were not impressed with buffet foods. Italian and Steak Restaurants fabulous!! Buffet selection too many peppers in food and HOT&SPICEY!!! Big turn off to us. Burgers tasteless and hot dogs made from unknown ingredients. SPA invitations were excessive. 8 times a day.... by staff. Sometimes one right after the other. We relaxed. Wished weather was better but got our sunshine on days we could. Out of everyone's control. Conseige was FANTASTIC helping contact our company. Used them twice. Didn't realize it was a family resort. We like our adult quiet time. Thanks for everthing!!!

Loved this resort! Food was great, especially at an all inclusive! Loved the beach very clean. The boys 2,8, and 11 loved all of the pools. Only down side is being a noise machine, we stayed on the first floor and you could hear everything on the rooms, very annoying! But if you turn the fan on you should be ok, I don’t like being cold.

I liked it was all inclusive! I didn’t like that they call you early in the morning asking if you want room cleaning versus seeing the sign on the door that says do not disturb. They called two days in a row and that should have been told to us during check-in so we could’ve asked to be on the do not call list. The walls are thin so be weary. Also, I didn’t like at check-in that someone not only shows you all of the restaurants, but also still try and go over excursions especially after a long flight versus allowing us to come find them after we are settled. Our room was a bit older.

A great family hotel!!

We do Mexico resorts often, so I always like trying new places. I booked this as the reviews were great for families. It really was. We loved our stay. We came here immediately after staying in a new 5 star resort. We would easily chose this one. Great food and drinks - Unlimited shrimp was awesome Excellent Service and very friendly staff Beach was awesome! Clear water, soft sand It's not a new property by any means but it has charm. Get the Oceanfront room. You are on and off the beach in seconds.

This resort is lovely and every single staff member was welcoming! Our room was beautiful, the beds were so incredibly comfortable, and our ocean front view was SPECTACULAR! Loved all the restaurants and the 24/7 bakery Café. Great pool and lovely beach.
