Exceptionally clean, great food, unbelievably friendly and helpful staff. The property was lovely with its own private beach, the pool had lovely private cabanas, even the staff available to help book expeditions were knowledgeable and friendly. We actually had nothing to complain about for this property at all.

As a hotel reviewer with seven years of experience and a background in various hotel roles, I recently encountered several issues during a stay. Despite requesting a quiet room due to traveling with a toddler, we were assigned a room overlooking a noisy pool party. The front desk agent was unhelpful and displayed a poor attitude, only offering a suitable room after involving a supervisor. Additionally, although informed of a birthday celebration, the hotel failed to acknowledge it, unlike other rooms with decorations. Room service incurred a $10 charge per order, uncommon in all-inclusive resorts. The food quality was disappointing: chicken nuggets resembled soggy paper, the burger lacked flavor with a soggy bun, and the chicken entrée was dry and tasteless. However, some staff members provided exceptional service, notably Kiko (bellman), the candy room attendant, and Miguel at the buffet near Rosa’s Mexican Restaurant. Their professionalism positively impacted our experience. While public areas were clean, our room had cleanliness issues, including urine stains on the bathroom floor, hair under the beds, and stained bed sheets. The overall food quality was average, with limited taco options at the Mexican restaurant, leading us to prefer the buffets. The beach towel system was inefficient, often lacking available towels, requiring early morning reservations. The candy room offered a limited selection, though the attendant’s excellent service was appreciated.

The property was beautiful, but beware booking an All inclusive on Orbitz. We got a confirmation for 2 adult 2 children and paid for the room in full. Upon arrival we were basically scammed/forced into paying almost double the original reservation amount. We really had no choice but to comply. Orbitz was nearly impossible to contact and did not assist in resolving the issue. They just passed the buck to the hotel and we the consumer were completely screwed over. I ended up paying double. So take my advice DO NOT book w Orbitz. They do not care if they ruin your vacation.

The facility itself is not like other chains that is humongous. It is walkable and well maintained. I am impressed that the bathrooms are always clean (beach, lobby, restaurants, everywhere). It is very family friendly not a party vibe place. Everyone is here to relax and enjoy a good family vacation - relax & chill. Everyone drinks but yet no rowdy soul. All the staff r so respectful & grateful. No one is looking for a tip. If u do give them, they are very grateful unlike my Punta Cana Majestic Mirage experience - very ungrateful staff.

The beach was absolutely world class. Clean ultra blue waters with easy sand beach access. However resort lacked enough beach shade umbrellas and chairs including chairs with sun protection. By 8am each morning, clients had saved beach chairs with towels and they did not return to their chairs until after noon. There should be policy that towels will be removed if not in use for 2 hrs. Food options were sufficient however the food lacked flavour and quality overall. Great friendly staff and excellent room quality with soft comfortable beds that were quiet during the evening. Would consider returning in the future. 10/10 review of pool activity coordinator Claudia who was personable and enthusiastic engaging with clients. Lastly, we did not understand the requirement to wait in line for buffet restaurant to provide room number and be seated by hostess. In an all inclusive you should be able to self seat. The line itself did move quickly.

The food and alcohol selection was amazing. There were ants in our room though which was a bit annoying. Our room also wasn't ready on time and although the front desk said they would call and give us something for our troubles they did not. The beach was the best beach I have seen at a hotel.Just a bit disappointed with our check in- other than that I would recommend.
