Probably has the best bit of beach out of all the hotels in that area of the Hotel Zone. You have space for sun bathing, beach volleyball, football, chilling by the water. Pools are great, bars are fantastic. Jacuzzis are amazing. The beach bar with the jacuzzi area is the best place. The hotel has plenty of entertainment all day and evening long, so if you want to stay at the venue you will never be bored. Staff were all fantastic, friendly, very socialable and just lovely in general. We had an amazing honeymoon.

The staff was great! The drinks were ok. I drink Captain, and unless you are a member or pay $40 per person per day, you did not get Captain. Other resorts had drink menus at the bars, this one did not. It seemed like whatever drink you asked for it varied from one bar to the next. The entertainment and the room that it was in was disappointing for the the size of the Resort. The beach was awesome. The pools were freezing. The rooms we were in were newly remodeled and nicely decorated and clean. The cleaning staff were very nice as well.

The staff was absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly. There are many dining options here, some better than others, but none of it was bad. Surprisingly the Italian food & the sushi were my favorites! Our room had a stunning oceanfront view. The grounds are clean and security is tight so you’ll feel safe here. My only complaint was the liquor that comes with the all inclusive package was bottom shelf only unless you’re a member of the timeshare club.

This was our first Cancun resort experience and it was amazing. The staff was wonderful, the resort had fun activities you can participate in. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone who isn’t sure where to book if it’s your first time. They can arrange transportation to and from the airport.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Great private beach area with activities for all ages. Enjoyed the children’s pool area. Great variety of food in the buffet. Restaurant reservation system did not work for dinner, and when trying to reserve through concierge was informed restaurants were sold out. Beds were comfortable & very clean room. Super safe the entire stay!

We loved the staff and the location! Our room was fantastic - although the tiled halls make every noise sound like an explosion. The beach is beautiful and the service was really wonderful. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We did not like being greeted at the front door by a salesperson for the vacation club. That is low-class. We thought she was a concierge. We think the excursion to Isla Mujeres was overpriced and awful. We think you should switch vendors.

Areas noted above reflect my pluses for my stay. Diana welcomed us at ck in and gave us an outstading overview of the property. Only thing that bothered me was the kids, age 1-7 I would guess, that were allowed to 'take over' the jacuzzi which was clearly marked with signage indicating adults/over 16 (I believe) only. I raised 2 boys and know how that warm water with small fountain is attractive to kids. But at one time there were 9 under 5 kids on there, one with a blow up innertube. Your Kids Zone was excellent - as I walked the entire property. Hate to be critical without offering a possible solution so here are 2: if not already available, have a warm water jacuzzi type area in Kids Zone and two, have staff politely inform the kids/parents of the posted rules and regs. When kids were not present, I found the area we are talking about to be great for meeting and talking with other guests from around the world. Thanks for asking.

The resort was not too bad. Small and easy to get around to all pools. Unfortunate the weather (wind) did not let us swim in the ocean. There were not alot of enjoyable other activities to do during the bad weather. Music was very loud in the main areas and in the main buffet. Not many quiet areas to sit.

The facility was fine, the workers were great! I would say the management staff definitely needed some work on customer service skills ! they would say no ! no matter what request was made of them ! Dinner reservations were almost impossible to get if you didn't log in to their portal on by 9:10 in the morning. there's a lot of rules at this resort, they upcharge for the better alcohol ,room service cost you the a delivery fee, just a lot of little things imposed by management that would make me not go back to this Resort

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Check in, check out was a breeze, no surprises on checking out. The food option is very limited including the sit down dining. The Buffet was good but again, items were limited. Skip the Spa, it was not worth it. The special they offered for a 50 min massage and 25 min facial lasted less than an hour.
