We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was tremendous in almost every area. Wait staff were outstanding, especially Enrique. We did have some mold in our bathroom though and the spa services were overpriced and disappointing. Some Food on buffet area was cold and others undercooked but mostly decent especially at Italian Restaurant. Travel staff are somewhat pushy but once they know you aren’t interested they leave you alone.

Very nice resort, staff pretty amazing very friendly and accommodating. The food was pretty good, especially the buffet with a lot of good choices. I wish internet was better to book reservations or look up tours etc. and shower was lukewarm. Otherwise a great place, lots of fun!!!!

In the villas each room has two outlets which the lamps are connected to, we had to disconnect them to be able to charge our phones. One of the AC units was not working and our showers were overflowing out so we had to lay down a lot of towels so that we didn’t slip. We went to ask the front desk to switch rooms and they wanted to charge us a $150 charge per night to switch and then our last night they said that we could switch rooms which was pointless to move all of our stuff. You have to make sure you get your transportation reserved 24 hours prior because when we reserved and got a confirmation email they weren’t at the airport and we had to take a random taxi which being all women was particularly scary. We had Adal help us with cabana rental and he was great and waiter Jesus was amazing and they honestly made our trip 10x better.

A disappointing experience, very different from previous visitsThis was not the experience we expected. We had visited this resort before when it was Omni, and the service back then was exceptional. Unfortunately, the new policies have changed everything, and our vacation was negatively affected from the moment we arrived. At check-in, a salesperson immediately approached us offering to "make our experience more pleasant." When we declined, the front desk staff’s attitude completely changed—they were rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. We arrived before 3 p.m., and as a VIP Expedia member, I asked about early check-in and the massage voucher, but the receptionist said she didn’t know anything about it. The food is good, but the resort’s new policies are strict and unfriendly. We spoke with the night manager, who gave us an absurd explanation—that eating by the pool was not allowed, although it is permitted for members. My son wanted a pizza, and both the waiter and the head waiter denied it, so I had to order McDonald’s through Uber Eats. What made our stay somewhat enjoyable was the excellent service from Enrique at the sushi restaurant, Mrs. Nely from housekeeping, and Diego, who helped us one day at the pool and another day at the bar. They were kind and professional. However, most of the staff seemed to work in fear, constantly telling guests, “You can’t eat here,” “You can’t do that,” which created a very uncomfortable environment.

Unbelievably NOISY! Sleep was now an option. Constant noise in the hallway. Food was decent, but nothing to come back for. This was our second time at this resort, will definitely look elsewhere for our next Cancun trip.

Beautiful view of the ocean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfas t was fantastic. Dinner options were okay but not great - had a better experience going out. Received a high-pressure sell to sit for a presentation when we arrived. Other than that, we didn't receive any benefit for beinf a VIP.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. It was small, very clean, with upgraded modern rooms. The food & drinks were delicious! Service was excellent. There were tons of loungers all around the resort. There was even a nice deck you could lounge on so you could see and hear the ocean without being in the sand, for those that don’t like the sand. There was a beautiful restaurant on the beach, feet in the sand, with stunning views of the ocean! There was another beautiful restaurant that overlooked the lagoon (sunset views) with delicious food. I had mahi mahi that was freshly caught like an hour before hand. The beach had a cool bar with swings in the sand on one side, and on the other side of it, a big swim up jacuzzi. A unique feature. Renting a beach cabana came with lots of extras - depending on the package you bought. Waiter service with snacks, champagne, chocolate covered strawberries etc There were lots of options for food at the buffets as well, and they had indoor and outdoor seating there. There were lots of pools as well, one had a swim up bar.

Too much of Noise outside especially during the nights, Had terrible time sleeping in the room. Some of the staff are was unable to communicate in English and we had difficulty understanding their language and it caused lot of trouble during the trip. One bizzare thing happened to us was initially they have assigned one room to us and shockingly some of the guests were already in the room and we had to go the lobby and after 10-15 minutes, they assigned us another room. During our entire trip we did noy feel like our stuff in the room is safer.
