Arenitas Beach. An oasis by the sea
The town of Caletillas is located at a medium distance between residential cities, such as La Laguna, Santa Cruz, capital of the island, or the southern area, more touristy, of Los Cristianos or Playa de Las Américas.
Unlike these, Caletillas merges residential areas of local citizens, with other semi-tourists, with a variety of residents throughout the year.
You will enjoy 2 terraces with hammocks, solar shower, access to the beach 2 minutes away, by a path next to the apartment, and Wifi 500Mb.
The apartment has two entrances, a direct door to the street, without steps or obstacles, and another that accesses the residential complex, and accesses the pool, also, fully adapted with ramps.
From the front terrace, you can see part of the sea and the island of Gran Canaria, while from the back, you can see part of the Igueste de Candelaria valley, and the slopes full of pines of the endemic species of the Canary Islands.
On this terrace, there is a solar-heated shower, both in case you want to cool off in the summer sun, or if you want to take a relaxing shower, before going to sleep.
Next to the direct door to the street, there is a pedestrian path with steps, 2 minutes long, that leads directly to the coast, just where the beaches of the town begin. Next to the path there is an area with exercise equipment, in the open air and a parking space for people with reduced mobility.
The terrace in front has private hammocks, and the one in the back, a corner chair, and both terraces, with a seating area with a table. They are sunny all day, the one facing the pool receives the sun at dawn, and the one facing the street receives the sun at sunset.
You can tour the entire complex and walk along the coast comfortably, with a baby chair, or wheelchair. The entire complex is adapted for those who have reduced mobility needs, or simply enjoy the maximum comfort of having everything on the same floor, without stairs or elevators.
Next to the apartment begins a street with very little slope, to easily access the coast. If you need it, we have a wheelchair of a suitable size to travel inside, but if you need it, also outside, upon request, and at no additional cost.
During the winter months, there is plenty of space to park on the street, in summer not so much, but you can always use the free and exclusive parking for apartment guests.
There is enough space for people with reduced mobility to use it, and there are ramps from the square to the apartment, which also give access to the pool.
In winter, good weather usually prevails. The town is quieter, being ideal for relaxing, but in the afternoons the influx of people increases, and life in the town is notable. You can go to the beach and swim during most of the year.
In summer, the occupancy of residents rises and the atmosphere in the street increases, but even on the busiest days, the limited capacity of available parking spaces, close to the beach, allow you to enjoy it without problems.
