The location is perfect, not only to enjoy a southern climate, sunny and with spring-like temperatures all year round, but also as a starting point to get to know the island through multiple excursions. Two highways connect in a very short time with the major tourist areas in the south and the north of the island. The capital Santa Cruz is only 15 minutes away with endless possibilities for shopping, tasting the local gastronomy or enjoying a wide cultural program throughout the year. The coast and the town of Candelaria are a 5 minute walk from the town center with supermarkets, restaurants, etc.This is a perfect holiday home for individualistic travelers who flee from the big crowded resorts and are looking for a quiet vacation in a local environment. It is important to note that parties and events are absolutely forbidden, as well as noise after 22:00 hours, in order to guarantee the peace and quiet of the surroundings.In addition, groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed.
