A localização do hotel é muito boa e o fato do estacionamento ser gratuito ajuda muito, porém existem vários reparos básicos que ajudariam. É um hotel bem antigo e no nosso quarto tinha uma espelho de tomada aberto com fios desencapados bem acima da cama do meu filho (tive que colar um adesivo em cima pra ele não tocar enquanto dormia); a lixeira estava quebrada, a saboneteira também, a pia vazava, a temperatura do chuveiro oscilava bastante e o quarto é beem claro. Acordamos muito cedo com a claridade. Além disso o ar não tinha controle que funcionava, meu marido teve que subir numa cadeira e ligar pelo botão.

O hotel e o quarto estao totalmente sem manutenções! As fotos do site sao antigas por que nao estao nada bonitos como na foto. Vi anuncio de que o quarto pampeano que eu fiquei tinha a sacada voltada aonde ficavam os avestruz e nao tinha avestruz nenhum pois tinha morrido , os azulejos dos banheiros estavam quebrados tambem . Tem muita coisa para melhorar
